New to Meditation?
If you have not meditated for any length of time, first thing you must do is
find music that makes you happy. Sit for 10 -15 minute deep in the music.
Push repeat and listen every day with eyes closed. Slow the mind and relax.
Focus the mind on the happy within. This will slow the thoughts.
Do this till your heart is warm with happy and comfort.
When happy becomes a habit start to sit with eyes open,
always maintaining that happy glow within chest. This is your foundation.
Do not reach up till this is complete. Maybe a week or two.
Then slowly get happiness when eyes open. After that reach up getting higher.

A 1. – Have you ever stopped and thought;
Is this all there is to life?
… Am I going to spend the major part of my life, waking,
going to work, coming home, going to sleep.
On days off, If lucky, go to a party, go on a picnic,
or be able to wash car and clean house that has been neglected.

All through my day off, my mind reminds me,
I must go to work tomorrow. I better enjoy myself now,
for there are 6 days of work coming, dread the thought.
Oh Well, that is life! ?

… If you are just working to make a living,
You can quite easily wonder
what life is all about. To make money?

What is Meditation?
… It is simply being in your awareness, not your thinking mind.
First you sit the physical down
Then you sit the awareness down, out of mind.
Then relax and try to ignore the thoughts passing by.


Positive Attitude.
If there is a slight happy situation, respond in Happiness,
whether it makes you feel that way or not.
Most are afraid of being the fool.
The more you respond in a positive vibration,
the more of a habit it becomes to respond in that way.
This eventually alters your emotional state within. (2011-12).

A 2. – (Treasure Chest). ADV
Inner Energies.

… Be aware of who you are, not what your mind is.
There you will feel the energies that make you.
… If low levels bring out negative, you are clouded there.
In this case you need to be happy in mind more.
This will make your norm more positive, so lower levels
can be easier to deal with and not influence you as much.

… At start, try to correct basic attitudes and conduct.
Don’t blurt out phrases for 5-10 years without checking on meaning.
Sayings as Search me! can be an invitation to any subconscious,
to pry into your person.
The same with swearing.
You draw the people from other side who swear
and often they are in turmoil.
You do not need that around you to influence you in that direction.
A positive path gets quicker results.

Practice Happy laughter etc. Reach high, to where you can be happy.
Then, BE HAPPY!!! (1980-90).

A 3. –
… Form a habit of being Happy in your sit times.
To cleanse inside, keep eyes closed as you work for happiness in chest.
You will feel the bad vibes change to be lighter and Happier.
When you feel happy, secure it by glowing through chest, not mind.

… There are people who have lost contact with who they are.
They don’t know themselves inside. All they feel is outside turmoil.
… With any student, the first things on a Spiritual path is to,
learn how to go inward and then start to understand self. (1990s).


Its the Love and Happiness that counts.
… If a person needs to learn not to hate others,
if they filled with Love, where is room for hate?
… If one needs to learn not to be jealous of others,
when they fill with Love and Peace, they are content,
and who needs to be jealous of someone if they are
Happy and Content within themselves? (1990s).
Energy control is the answer.

BE HAPPY! WHY WORRY? This is the song.
… If you do just that with determination as often
as you think of it, you will be positive.

If you know and feel positive within,
negative is not there!
… Maybe for years you have felt negative in that area.
This has created a habit of feeling negative
when you go inward.
Now you can purposely make a habit of positive by
strongly feeling positive, when in the negative.
… Happiness, Peace and Harmony, these are sure to change
any negative vibe within or upon the surface you.

Emotional Fog?.
Burn away with happiness.

Talk to plants. Psych them out.
Are they thirsty?

… If you poo-poo this idea feeling plants are dumb, read 1 and 2.
!. If you walk by something, that something learns to ignore you. Right?
2. If you pay attention to that something, it will pay attention to you. Right?

A 5. – Independent Happiness
… Happiness is an individual thing
not dependent upon others about.
If you feel you can’t be happy
unless another is with you in Happiness,
that is verging on relationship energy.
All you need is to practice, which should be easy,
even in the busiest life.
… Happiness will take you to your highest peaks,
if you work with it.
In all of humanities endeavors, it is up to you!

… To Love everything,
One must Love self to overflowing,
before this Love will flow to all.
To create this reservoir of Love, sit quietly and
fill with Happy Thoughts, allowing the energy
through the face to flow warmly.
This allows all channels to be cleared and

… Some people have produced a machine that
monitors a plant’s emotions.
There is also a technique that is quite common,
of talking to your plants to make them grow better for you.
Some people say that the right kind of music will create Happier,
Healthier plants as well. I feel there is truth here,
for the better the vibes are around the plant,
the easier the plant will be able to put out better vibes itself,
which like us in this study, will lead to Health and Happiness.
Everything is a person, even non-living things
have an intelligent force with them.

A 7. – Basic Ideas … The Source.
Original.
… To find our way back to the source, we must
become more like the source.
The source is a purer, higher rate of vibration.
If we get into low negative vibes we are drawing away from the source.
… The opposite would be to live on a positive tone
drawing closer to our source light within.✨

… When we have controlled our Bad habits, and
get control of Positive, then they are under our command.
Then we can work on our blocks without sinking into the mire.

The sixth sense.
… Knowing beyond physical bounds. Commands from spirit and spirit’s angels etc.
A knowing of what you have to do or should not do. It does not matter if you
physically believe in a God or Whatever idol of God you proclaimed to follow.
That is of physical material existence. Life is of Spirit and beyond.
The physical is for the physical mind and body. A belief and security for
Physical domain.
… Physical is like being in a cocoon, often unable to hear or see what we should do.
We are spirit. BUT if it is not your time to physically die, you will be spared,
for you have other things to complete before you go on.

To properly meditate many books tell you
… You need to sit on floor with mat or cushion,
… sit with legs folded,
… Breathe through one nostril,
… Chant this or that,
… Wear this or that,
… Must be same time, in early morn or later evening, etc..

Now here is a simple way.
… Simply sit in any way you wish,
… at any time you wish,
… and for any length of time you wish.
The only thing you need to do is,
… be sure you will not be disturbed
… relax the best way you can.
And be Happy! (2011-12).

Class Exercise,
I want you to stand.
Now put hands in air above head and breathe in a bit more than normal.
Where do you breathe in? Is it high energy or low energy you feel?

Now put hands at waist and breathe again.
Where does the air go to? Above head?
No, you will note it goes into central torso.
Again what kind of energy does it bring?

Now again, breathe in a bit more than normal with arms down at sides.
Again, where do you breathe from? In Lower Stomach? Is it for physical?
So what is doing this. Do you breathe in these areas cause you want too?
Or does it just happen. It seems to be like different levels.
So if you had body problems as not digesting or defecating or no energy phys.
Go through the above sequence and when you get to low breathing, stay there
for 10 min. and watch what happens. I know for a fact digestion will start.
Learn what your energies will do for you and use them.
Think about this and be more aware of your breathing in future.

A 9. – (Treasure Chest).
… You may be reading these entries and feel reserved.
Should I get into this?
Should I do this daily?
What will happen to my life?
Is it a trap?
How will it change my life and will I be able to
live on as I have been.

Here is an outline;
… In the first months you will come across a glowing within.
The meditation glow. As you meditate for your 10-15 minutes.
If you have meditated before it may be within weeks or maybe
you have already achieved this meditation glow when you sit.
As time goes on you will wish this glow more often
and for longer periods of time.
It will not stop you from your life of now.
We humans adjust to many things without physical change.

Serving Man?
… Some feel that in order to Serve God you have to serve man,
and this is the way to Progress Spiritually,
(by sacrificing your life for others).
… Now if you did not serve others for the next 10+ years,
but spent all your extra time in meditation,
practicing to let god’s presence and Will be with you.
Then you would be progressing immensely
and be able to help others in ways
you could not have imagined, prior. (2011-12).

A 10. – ( High School.)
What happened to the Second Coming?
Let me put it to you in this way.
If your dad gave you a job to do of learning,
— To love your neighbor as you would love yourself.
— Not to hide your light under a bushel of emotional cloud, hay
or anything else you can imagine. (Cleanse!)
–To consider all the commandments of Mosses, (Common sense.)
— And many more teachings brought from the Light in past.
Would your dad come to you in a certain length of time and give you
a holiday when he knows you have learned little since the last meeting?
(There is still slavery in this world)
He is not punishing you, he awaits you with gifts! (Blaze your trail!)

If your friend or neighbor does not want to learn, do not wait for them,
blaze a trail and help them when can. It is their choice and their free will.

Be an example by blazing your trail ahead. (Is that not what Jesus did?)
Jesus said, ‘Drop your nets and follow me!’
Or, Leave the material and follow spiritually. We can all do this!

God helps those who help themselves.
Knock and the door will be opened unto you.
Seek and yea shall find.
There is no secret here! (There are books everywhere to tell you how to start!)

A 11. – (Treasure Chest).
…Thoughts are more material than you think.
… Also, watch what you say in your conversations.
If you say,

Gee you look pale today, do you not feel well?
You look very tired; did you not get sleep?

The receiver will take these thoughts and as pondered upon,
they could end up feeling uneasy or even influenced by.
… Same effect happens if you talk of positive.

You look very pretty today.
You are always so healthy and happy.

This uplifts a person greatly.
If one thinks of happy or unhappy times,
they become happy or unhappy.
…This study will help curb that, so what people say
will not bother you as much. You will start to get control.
So work with your thoughts words and deeds.

A 12. – (Treasure Chest).
Your Pathway … Thoughts.
… The average person’s life is made of both positive and negative
and all the ones in between. At any time, this one
can be swayed to the more positive or negative of their range.
Positive is obviously the way we wish to go.
… Make a point of practicing positive thinking
and the scales will tip more and more to a positive Person.
The positive will buffer the negative that is left, and you will
breeze through difficult times with little depression or downers.(1990s)


… Write out all angles of any problem you have, the good and the Bad.
Then figure out whether it is worth it to be unhappy or upset.
If it’s not worth the unhappiness, find the happiness within and grow it,
flooding out unhappiness.
Keep your life in order and be an example to others.
Realize that happiness is more important and refuse to feel bad feelings.
they will not help anyone.
Keep forming a habit of being happy in your quiet times.
when you are happy, be happier, letting it glow forth from within.

A 13. – Words.
… Words should be made simple to get the point across.
Not big words to impress how much you know,
or an overabundance of words.
Words are only a tool of which to tell the meaning of
the vibration your inner is putting out.
Books written with only a few ideas included are only money makers.
Very often the ideas that are written,
are of someone else’s thought not the authors.
… If you can say it in one word and make it understood, do so.

… Re-frame from using swear words. … Why?
These are usually uttered in anger and
a listener will connect them with anger.
As you open spiritually you do not wish
to draw lower spirits to you. Keep Happy.
… All words have their own vibration.
Which vibration are you putting out?
Speak the words of the inner you,
what does the positive inner energy wish to say.

… When you feel that the good vibes of medi
are more important than daily activities,
that is when you are on a Spiritual Path. (1990s).

Deeds. (Your Pathway).
… Deeds are much the same as words. A deed is a tool.
If someone is really in need, help from the heart.
If someone wishes to use you, help if you feel you should
but do not become a door mat.
Use your common sense and don’t get stuck in circumstances
if you see it’s not necessary.

… After a few months of working on thoughts words and deeds,
join them all together as a unit.
Positive thoughts should bring more Happiness
and will help to cleanse for the higher. (1990s).

A 14. – Being Free. (Home Study).
… Do a somersault,
dance around the room,
draw funny pictures, etc.
Do what you feel like doing. BE FREE!
Be yourself as younger,
have fun and keep your happy thoughts coming.
Get into the habit of being free and really enjoy self.
📌 Remember some of the little things you did
as a child, when playing alone. Do them again so
to bring back the joy you had then.

… As a child, you were freer and had more time to feel
and express the good vibes.
… Through the years, you have gathered many things in your
makeup that have clouded these good vibes of Love and Happiness.
As a result, the love comes out as the earthly loves
which are not free and as happy.
… Try to be as a child and you may remember
and regain the feelings and vibrations you had then.

… If you work with this, you will become free again. Try it.
It may help you to find a picture of self in good times when a child.
Then focus into the picture and be as you were then. (1980-90s).

A 15. – Energy.
… Atoms are energy and when blowing about
they speed up creating a higher or Hyped vibe.
It inspired plants and animals to shift into
a hyper state of energy.
You can feel this on a windy day.
… The movement of the leaves flipping around in the wind,
is enjoyed by plants and animals. House Plants also enjoy this.
If a house plant looks bored gently make it wave and
watch the difference in its aura and vibe. Better still,
get a small fan and blow your plants for a few minutes,
every few day or when they look bored.
Its natural and makes them stronger. (1990s).


DAYDREAM.
… When was the last time you let your mind wander
and not think of anything in particular?
This helps the mind to balance life and your surroundings
around you.
Like a computer, shut off.
You will find it helps with ambition and organization skills.
You will not run as a rusty wheel. (1990’s.)


(Gem of Day).
… Now for the next 10 minute I want you to sit and
pour the happiness out of you. Make yourself Joyous now.
Find a piece of music that makes you happy
and Bask in the happiness to see how it makes you feel.
Use for Love Peace Harmony and Security and Joy. (2020).

A 16. – While in a Meditative State.
… A lot of people will find the before-sleep world,
and if you are tired, cause have been running in your material world,
you will end up sleeping. This is OK for at least this time
was not totally worthless. You did get a bit more sleep? Ha Ha..
… Next time try being near sleep mode but keep awareness aware.
Then you may be able to stay in that daydream state for a while longer.
… That is the state or the pathway to the more spiritual states within you.
A quiet cogitating on a good song or a good event, will bring more
positive energy to you, thus a more positive relaxing state.
A doorway to the spiritual levels of self. (Lynda 2023.).


As gaining a Meditative State.
… You might only stay there a few minutes,
although you may stay seated for even 20 minutes or more.
Most of that time will have been taken up, by all the minutes you were
fighting with tension, mind rattling, or feelings of, this is boring,
I have better things to do with my time. etc.
But as you continue getting into this spiritual sanctuary
within your physical and mental, the fight of getting there will vanish.
The familiarity will draw you to that state quite quickly within days.
This is when you will find the meditation glow. Heaven within.

A 17. – (Treasure Fairy-tale).
Why is it that you can feel bad or upset
over things that other people may laugh at?
… You have put thoughts and vibrations forth
that have left blueprints in areas of mind.
Until you go back to same areas these energies of memory
stay tucked in corners, growing and gathering like energy.
As time goes by and area gets larger,
it seeps into your awareness of mind or
bursts in as temper etc.
If it’s a major area you may feel
you need tranquilizers for it shadows your life.
These are what I have termed blocks.
Negative energies that interfere
with positive energy expression. (1990s).


Air Your Dwelling.
… The dwelling needs to be aired out regularly,
for trapped air will slowly deplete its life energy.
If the wind is blowing, take the opportunity to
rejuvenate the home.

The energy in wind is very life inspiring.
… If it inspires hang-ups of messy hair etc.
This can ruin the effect.
Let down your hair, be more in tune with nature
and let the wind blow the cobwebs out of your aura.
It’s a cleanser, cleansing your home and you.
… GO out, Enjoy the wind energy! (1990).

Finger Energies. Interesting.
… Sit and feel energy throughout physical.
Then put little fingertip to thumb and feel if it makes
any difference.
Then put index finger to thumb and feel if it is
difference from little finger. (2017-18).
