… In this stage, you will work to find Joy.
Joy will show you the technique of getting Highs.
This section of study should be worked on for a time.
… Within this time you need to achieve a glimpse of highs.
But why do you get highs?
Highs are reaching up through the mind toward the light.
You must have the positive at hand to flood out
the negative energies as you go upward.
Thus, repeat this study as you need. Time will tell.

A 9. – (Happy-On).
Chart Breathing. 2


Shallow Breathing.
… Deep medi makes for shallow breathing.
… What is meant by shallow breathing? Not much air going in?
No, only part.
… Or maybe its breathing from front chest only?
This may include abdomen area also.
This is one step better.
… Deep breathing starts in the lower back
and is the deepest breath you can take.
After years of medi, I became a front breather.
I did not know this. But I also did not do breathing exercises.

… Problem is, even with breathing exercises,
if you are not aware of how you are breathing,
or all the ways you can breathe, habits form you are not aware of.
… So now, breathing is not only for the energy
but for correct breathing techniques. (2017-18).

A 10. – Team Elation
… Were you on a high and most elated, when your
favorite team won within seconds of the buzzer?
You could be that elated again, right now!
How many days were you on top of life after that elation?
Three or four days?
… So if you practiced to get there with ease and wished to
stay there for your life, you would only need to
get that every 3-4 days to live there permanently.
You could do that! You may ask, How is that possible?
Think for a minute.

… When Elated to that height, it is energy
of great magnitude going through your person.
This energy came through your physical so it is possible
for it to come again. But your habitual energy level
is in your way. If you got to a point, where you habitually
put elated energy through, you would be able to be there readily.

How do you do that, you may ask? … Easy!
Practice till a high state is your norm.

(Oxygen makes us happier, so

A 11. – Age 1.
Would you like to feel younger?
You can with just a little effort. Think a minute;
… A vibe is energy. Energy influences its surroundings.
EG. Try being around hyped kids and you start jumping in spurts too.
Thus; if you had that inside you, you would start perking,
not only in personality, but also, in physical maintenance.
As in better digestion, better immunity, better beating heart.
All would be influenced with a more vibrant energy within.
This would allow you to bring in stronger youth
and know the vibe you wish.

… In my experience, it takes 2-3 days to lose Youth,
so once secured within you would only need to work for better
every other day. — Youth never ends!
Once you recognize its vibe you can be
whatever age you wish, whether 5 or 50 years.
You do not regress in behavior,

If you suddenly find you are in an area where you keep falling asleep.
Try reaching mind up into higher levels. if the sleeping beauty goes,
It is a problem in your mind channels. Bit in sleepy state but be happy
and joyous to cleans sleepies away. Lynne 25.

A 12. – Light of Joy. Advanced.
… Spend time reaching up into the Joy within mind and above.
You feel more light when higher in vibe and it inspires and gives you
ambition to reach onward.
The see-saw from happy to joyous to normal can become frustrating.
In your low times you will be influenced to feel,
‘What’s the point, I will never overcome the negative within.
This is me and I might as well accept the negative times.’ (1990s).

… Don’t give up. Each segment within you fights to be who it is.
Because the negative segment is fighting means it is losing the battle.
Refuse to give into it. Show it who’s Boss.
The more positive energies will always be the Boss, even if
the negative portrays otherwise.
… When your negative gets the better of you, go inside quietly
and find the positive. It is almost like you have to sneak around,
as to not let the negative ego self know what you are doing.
Contact the positive and smile.
This often brings in better energies and positive has a chance
to regain control. — (2017-18).

A 13. – Comfort Zone.
You always need an area where you can vegetate or fall asleep within.
A resting zone.
… If you are one who, as soon as wakes you are very alert
and ready to jump up and run,
chances are you have lost your comfort zone of that area.
If you find yourself unable to go to sleep easily or jumping out of sleep
to run your marathon, it is time to retrieve that comfort zone.
… When you wake and open eyes into the hyper jumping state,
stop self and close eyes again, relaxing into your sleep mode.
Don’t sleep but rest, bringing in vibe of comfort there
for a few minutes, or as long as you can.
Then open eyes and stay in that comfort zone for another minute or two,
before you get up and run. Practice that for a couple mornings
and you will regain your comfort zone.
… Now, of times this zone may be a painful or saddened area,
for it is also an area of protection when in troubles.
If so, stay there as you can and comfort it.
If needs more help, go ahead and bring in happiness and joy
to cleanse it out. Then after it feels better
continue bringing comfort into area to create your safe zone,
for comfort and vegetating. You need to have an area that is reachable as thus,
just to balance life out. Remember, Peace and Harmony will be of help also.

A 14. – (Happy-On).
Working your Highs
… As you work on your highs, you may feel a tingling or even
a light airy feeling throughout.
These are just more symptoms of higher highs.
After a time staying on the same level (day or two)
you will not get these feelings.
Your physical will alter and live in this new level and then
you go up from there.
… When you get quite high, (Which was a year or two for us)
you become Detached, as we called it.
This is actually a division in, feeling freed
from the earthly level and in a more spiritual level.
Your mind is tuned into the spirit level,
not the material around you.

… This is, just what it feels like.
Your surroundings will feel distant from you.
You feel you are living in someone else’s home.
You feel separate from your surroundings and people,
but you will be very in tune with the energy field around things.
You will become aware of the air between you and an object
and the air will feel almost as a substance to you.
At this point you are doing very well and have made some major changes.
The Security you feel is great. (1990s).

Secrets of a Mirror.
Do you want to know what the opposite polarity sees from you?
Look in a mirror.
If you are Back polarity, as you look into mirror you will see
a sweeter picture with a more loving essence.
If you are Front polarity, as you look into mirror you will see
a stronger picture and feel more secure. You will feel this in chest.

A 15. – Beginning of 4 Basics. CHANNELS FOR CLEANSING.

Peace; … BP. between eyebrows. .. FP. back top head to forehead.

Joy; … BP. through back top head. .. FP. through central-front top head.

Energy; … BP. throughout ……. FP. same.

Please jot this down and work with it daily, for next week or two.

When you are able to do and say;
Why should I be angry? Then attune yourself to channel
Love out face or forehead.
Why should I feel restless and impatient? Then channel
Peace through eyebrows or forehead.
Why should I be bored or depressed? Then channel
Joy up through top head.

… Then is when you have a degree of mastery over
your emotional self.
You can do it!
All can do it.
For what is emotions, but energy
channeled through certain channels.

A 16. – Practice.
4 Basics Head Set.



Chart.
… Feel yourself as an energy field. Then focus your attention
on one of the 4 vibes of Love Peace Harmony or Security.
Feel it come out of head channel where it says. This is the mind set.
If it does not come easily, make sure you are in mind,
then focus it out stronger to open channel there.
You must strengthen and know each Energy in order to makes use of.
Practice! Till you need not look at charts.
Strengthen each energy till overwhelming. Then Progress.
(2011-12) Once you know these energies, you can put them where needed.

A 17. – Take a Steady Upward Climb.
… Enjoy where you are with all the good vibes your highs bring.
Explore any different type of energy you feel while in any area.
… With all this being aware of energies and levels,
you will start to feel the differences in areas.
You will feel that some areas seem to feel more emotional
while others seem to feel more connected to the thought energies.
Some areas may feel more in tune with the physical existence
while others seem to be very ethereal.
These will be looked into further.
You are feeling the 4 sections of mind within.
… For now realize there is a difference and accept it.
There are 4 major levels within the physical.
Psych them out making notes always.
That was my lead through this whole study. (2017-18).

… The best way to describe them is to give you a 5 minute exercise.
First be happy, then be sad. Do this 5 times in a row.
As you execute this you will feel sad is lower in face.
You will also get used to both areas so you have more control.
You are getting control of your mind.

A 18. – Managing Self. Advanced.
… Within yourself, use Joy to raise above
your problems, into higher more positive ground.
From there you may be able to see
what the problem is and fix it.
… In spiritual ways, if the problem is hate,
fill with Love so no room for anything else.
… If the problem is jealousy of others,
fill with Love, Peace and Joy.
Then it would be difficult to feel jealous.
(Habit? Create new habit!) (2020).1


Jesus coming to save us is just a crutch.
Why would he have to come here to save us? If we die he can save us there!
No… We have something to learn here.
Every little thing we do will come back to us.
That is God’s Law. Like attracts like.
We put poison into the air, it is coming back.
We rip nature down with no thought or concern, our world likewise.
The Laws of God, (not Jesus) are very real.
The father and I are one, In sync in balance, doing positive, Healing.

A 19. – Want to feel Young again?
Study young and old leaves on a plant.
What is difference in vibration?
… Find youth vibe and hold it in mind to memorize it.
Be Young!
Feel self as an Energy Being.

.. If we learn control of our energy,

… Once you know the Youth Vibe from earlier studies
you can remain at the age you wish within.

… The more nourishment you take spiritually the more spiritual you become.
So find that special music and stretch your bounds.
The music could be only two notes, a small phrase or a whole symphony.
Just repeat, keeping self in the vibe you wish, and you will become nourished.

A 20. – (Happy).
Important
… Have you noticed while listening to music,
you go higher within the self with higher musical notes
and lower within the self with lower musical notes?
Realize this and practice feeling this musical elevator within.
In future it will be of great service
through unclogging blocked areas.
… How?… The music keeps you stationary without you knowing it.
As you get into Fantastic Happiness
or what that piece of music takes you to,
you will be fixing the area you are stationary at.
This was of great help in my climb,
not only to fix self but to reach higher levels.
… Think of this and the next time you listen to any type of music,
experiment for yourself. Do not take my word.
It is your experience that will make you realize the truth.

There will come a time when you will not wish much music
but to just sit in the beautiful vibes of stillness.
But until then use what is on net.
I have more a working study here, for you learn
to go deep inside self to feel and see the truths.
But I did used music, for most of my spiritual climb.
Sometimes music can distract you from finding
the specific things you are working for. So Watch.

A 21. – Water Energy.
… There are many ways you can get the water energy around you.
Visit parks with natural forested areas and slowly walk through
breathing the energy in.
Instead of pouring a liquid into a glass,
drip it in so it makes a lot of bubbles.
… I call this fluffing the water.
Drink it and feel the extra energy you take in.
… Also showering fluffs water. Deep breathing in the shower and
feel the energy around in and bouncing on you.
Fluffing water is same as a waterfall.
When the water hits itself, it throws out more ions into air around.
Like a quiet deep old forest. It rejuvenates you.
… Be aware of the different energies around you.
this will open your awareness to more. (1990s).

Protein! How much do you get?

… How do you decipher youth energy to be young by? Remember?
Prolong youth through Youth Energy.

A 22. – (Happy-On).
Glimpse of Mind Channels.
… Have you ever noticed that when you are happy,
you seem to be expressing higher in face and
when you are sad or depressed you are lower in face?
Why is this?

Try this for yourself.
… Be happy and put finger on small area you are
expressing through on your face.
… Then be sad and put finger on that area of face
you’re expressing from. There will be a gap between these two.
Go back to the happy point and try making the area
between happy and sad points, happier.
There will be several channels in this between area,
and you will notice that as you go towards the sad area
the energy you express through,
will be tainted more and more with sadness.

Do not let this happen.

… As you work way down, make yourself be as happy as you were
in the happy point you started with.
… Then try this. Go away from this practice for a few minutes
then come back and focus out same areas.
You will find that they are all happy or much better than before.
You have cleansed a few channels within one cycle of the mind.
..Now that you know this area you could go to any one of these
channels and be in control putting through the energy you wish.
What you put through any channel leaves a blueprint in that area
to grow for future cycling.
… If you go through all areas as this and put through positive,
altering the negative there, your total being would know
and be more in control of the happier more positive energies.
With this you could go about cleansing the self
and know how you are doing and where to go next.
I found this extremely helpful in my journey.
… If one is aware of mind cycles and puts positive energies through,
not negative, purification of self is much swifter. (2017-18).

A 23. – Meditation Student. (Happy-On).
At first there are two types.
A. One trapped in mind running through life,
B. One trapped deep in self and depressed often.
… To start meditation, B depressant, has to start with happiness
and eventually reach to higher minds to get up out of depth.
… But A, the minded one must keep its happy frame as it goes within.
There, it will know the inner happy and start to
cycle minds learning of energies. For a while A. the minded one,
must watch not to be ‘zombified’ by mind again.
…Whereas B must watch to not get trapped in depression and
maintain an upper trend of happiness in mind.
Only in B depression does it use mind to lift up into positive.
Reach up into highs to train brain positively and
find mind Channels, so to lift above head into heaven.

… When you are well on your path of purifying
you still be ware of entrapment.
You can have all levels cleansed and be very positive
but the mind can still trap you.
Even with control of emotions to be in non-emotional state,
your mind can still have sway.
… You need mind, and also to be in deep self but in this life
it’s the mind that would have more sway.
You may get trapped with being deep within self, but
all you would have to do is go out, and life usually fixes that.
… In the case of mind, if you do not take the time
to be silent regularly, no matter how far along you are,
entrapment in mind activity is possible. Especially with computers.
A happy medium is needed. .. Lynda (2020). 2.

A 24. – Highs into Mind.
… After you have reached up and gained a new height while staring,
slowly focus on what you are staring at. When you secured your high there,
then look around the room slowly. Again do not losing your height.
When you gain this go out of your sitting area keeping your High.
When you can do this and not lose it, you are probably ready
to go for a higher High. One step at a time.

… By now you should have a lot of Joy and Happiness within self.
A feeling of living in heaven. The higher you go,
the closer to the inner self you become.
Slow and steady go upward as you fine tune your vibration and
accustom yourself to the stronger more positive Light within you.

… Each of the three steps of HEL should be taken one at a time.
That is Highs, Energy of Strength and Love.
You may at times feel 2 of the three coming forth, but that is good.
Don’t block it, let it come. We say one at a time because
we would jump from one to the other until we realized that
a thinner spread of consciousness was not as effective.
When you know and experience the three separately,
then you can join another up and then the third.
This will take a few weeks to strengthen each and join up as one.
… Sit now and work on the Love, shining it forth to all. (2011-12).

As Time Goes By,
… You will outgrow things you cling dearly to now,
as in I believe this, but I don’t believe that.
You will reassess yourself many times through your journey.
You may look back and laugh at yourself for who and what you were.
We do not know our follies till we go beyond our follies.
As you peel off the excess layers bit by bit
the true pure inner core is viewed.

A 25. – Time to be Young. (Gem of Day).

… In early morn when first wake, When all is quiet, instead of,
‘Oh I have to do this and that today!
‘Oh I feel old and tired.’ etc. etc.!!!!

‘No … Stop the Clock!’
‘That is habit!’
‘Stop and relax.’

Instead, ‘Think of self at an early age in happy times.’
Be! that person you were then.

… Put hands in air and move arms as though you are
that young child again?
Its only a habit to feel old!
This habit is helping to make you old
by bringing in the old energy.

… Start to be young. Bring in the youth energy.
Take all opportunities in a day to be youthful.
Color pictures, watch cartoons, always bring in youth vibes.

Take time to be in the light.
Its the Light that will bring Light and Health.
The mind cleansing clears the way.
Do not lose track of the order of importance.
Take time to reassess your journey. 2011-12

A 26. – Strengthen Love. (Happy-On).
… Start now to achieve your channel of Love.
Give out Love and Joy in abundance.
The non-love, will quickly vanish.
Stay that way as long as possible, that is the secret.
.
… If we put the energy out in Love, Joy and other positive ways,
again we attract likewise.
This brings constructive energy,
creating Health, Happiness and Peace.
The above not only effects the physical-material plain
but also the spiritual plain.
Be at Peace and comfort your world. (1990s).

… By now or after High School, you should be feeling a lot of Joy
and Happiness within self. A feeling of living in heaven.
The higher you go, the closer to the inner self you become.

Arthritic?
Try no coffee or tea or vinegar, for 4 days, and see if it improves.
I had problems in knees and followed the above and it stopped. 2011-12.

A 27. Mind Channel Section A.
… When you smile the energy comes out face.
Probably more through the eyes because that is where
the seeing awareness is, so a very familiar energy channel to you.
It can come out the upper face or the forehead area,
experiment with this and see how many places you can
make that smile energy come out.
… This is opening channels of slightly different levels
of your personality. You have many layers in mind
and the more of these that become aware,
the wider a range can be used in your expressions.
And also the easier and quicker you will find areas
within self that are negative (so to cleanse).
… As we find the negative areas we cleanse them out with
more positive energies which we are working for.
These are the tools that we will use to cleanse the self.
First we know our tools and strengthen them, sharpen them.
Then, as we become aware of negative areas, we can use the tools
to combat the negative, reverting them to positive.
This is the cleansing process within.


Self Help Videos.
… There are scads of self help videos of more spiritual states.
But if the music does not get you to right area it will not help that problem.
You have to judge how high you wish the music to be and the speed.
If you are in higher minds a slow music may not be one to make you happy.
If you are in low and wish to heal, a slower music may be required.
Thus if a piece of music does not effect you, it may in your journey ahead.
You need to be in problem area then find video that is in cinq with you.
then music will keep you at that level as you work on it to make better.
If it makes you cry follow and make cry a happy cry. Smile!
Then purity comes and you will laugh and wonder why you are crying.

A 28. – Continue with your Highs. (Gem of Day).
… Every person these studies come to,
will be at a different level of vibration.
There is no direct way to tell how far you are along this ladder.
This was a disturbing factor at first,
because some people (like I) want to know
how they are doing and if it’s worth the constant climb.
… This is why much time has been spent,
exploring and telling of these different heights.
It gives some sort of assurance if gaining levels or not
and it worked for me.
… You can always acquire higher Vibrations.
This is the way to above head.
So Master the control of expanding and opening the channels.
And when at rest, focus energy to chest and Feel Peaceful calm or Secured.
Always make notes in a diary of your experiences.
This will be of help along the way.

… Through the weeks of being with this study, you should be
used to reaching into the higher altitudes of self.
But have you noticed when you go away from medi,
you tend to fall when something happens in your life.
It is these very vibrations that will stop you from maintaining
or even achieving oneness for very long.
Whether the bad vibes are from an incident that happened to you
or another near, catching you off guard,
or an incident that makes you fight for, taking a serious stance,
these all stem from deeper blocks within.
These deeper blocks need to be cleansed out of self
with the techniques you have been learning in past weeks.

A 29.
… With striving for highs you will feel overjoyed many times.
This can and will be achieved at your will any time.
With this you will change much, thus need refueling
to balance the new energies and levels going into.
Thus finger energy collection and chart needed
on regular bases. When feel tired or out of sorts,
especially when climbing daily, collect the energy from
water for physical and from fire for mind and spirit regularly.
Test it out to see if works.

… Also need to acquaint self with other states
you may come into along your climb upwards;
As blanking for when the mind distracts you from gaining,
and inner stillness will be needed for rest of spirit.

… Its not only physical that works.
The total person into the spiritual realms grows upward
in vibration. With this many layers need attention.
Thus along the way new techniques are introduced
for learning by you, and may be needed later.
… Some of these I did not know,
thus I was under pressure not knowing what was wrong.
At that time I strained to decipher and found things
that relieved the situation.
Thus when I introduce new items they are things that
got me out of a jam and on my way.
So take heed, Learn so you have them in the back ground
to call on if need be later. (2020).

A 30. – Peace 2.
… Today please work to maintain a strong Peace presence.
For body set, FP is found in upper back. BP upper front.
Last time I hope you felt this energy. If not try again.
This along with Harmony, may save your life some day.
EG High Blood or heart attack,
Tension is a killer, relax with Peace and be in deep Harmony with life.

Harmony 2.
… Harmony like Peace, could be a very useful tool.
FP, With the feeling of Harmony in the front of self,
or BP feeling this in upper back of self,
I’m sure you must have felt the vibe of Harmony last time.

Ok, so this time again, go into passive side of self. (Back)
With relaxation you will feel this more placid vibe.
The more often you be the vibe, the more familiar it becomes,
thus stronger the energy and more at home you feel within it.

Finger Energies.
… Sit and feel energy throughout physical.
Then put little fingertip to thumb and feel if it makes
any difference.
Then put index finger to thumb and feel if it is
difference from little finger to thumb.

4th finger Muscle Stamina.
3rd finger Emotional-body Stamina.
2nd finger clears physical and emotional vision.
What about 1st finger? Explore and make a list. (2017-18).

A 31. – High School. – (Happy-On).
Inner Ethereal Guidance.
… The more you open your awareness the stronger you will feel
and know when an opening is about to happen.
There are many small openings or breakthroughs to go through.
… When I felt something was going to happen
I would sit till it happened.
Now I had hours to sit for was not working at that time.
… Stay with the vibe it gives you, as you can,
and it will happen over a few days.
But if you can, even if you miss meals, stay with that
feeling and it will guide you into right area that you are to open.
… Remember spiritual growth is auto, but if you do not follow
you will not gain that step.
… Spiritual growth is on an ethereal level and once you learn
to be in that ethereal level for longer times,
it will tell you what to do if you follow.
But always follow positive, if it is not, come away and cleanse.
That may be your message too!
… Eventually after quite some time, you will not need guidance
from a material source, you will know from the higher
what to do for yourself.
This is why I wrote near beginning that nobody can teach you.
Ultimately your spirit knows where and what to do,
it’s the material ego that thinks it knows and never gets there.
It cannot see the way. Cleanse to open spirit within. (2011-12). 2.

A 32. – High School, – (Happy-On).
The Different Minds.
This is mostly when still in material life… Open spiritually…
… If you are an emotional person the first sign of
being more spiritual will be, you will suddenly feel
younger and more energetic.
You will note also that you are coming out of forehead area
instead of mouth or nose area.
This is a separation of the material minds.
A higher and a lower.
… Now if you are a mental person, not catering much to emotions,
chances are you have already made this jump
into the higher material minds.
This jump prepares you for a more spiritual life.
When you do get into this higher state, you have to make
the choice of following the higher lighter emotions or
go back to lower emotions as love stories or
emotional side of life. (Not necessarily negative.)
The thing is, if you still follow the emotional side of life
you will end up back in lower material minds
and filled with emotions of various types.
These people, live for their emotions as in love stories
or tear jerkers along with fear and horrors.
… When you make the jump into higher material levels
you will wish laughter, and light hearted stories.
Even go back to cartoons etc.
You will be more childlike in your emotions as well.
If one thinks it is childish they are not ready to make that jump.
… When you are secure in higher material minds the next jump will be

A 33. – Mind Channel Cleansing. (4 Basics).
… This will not happen over night! But once you get started,
you will get into a routine and it will just start to flow.
Each tiny section you make positive, and if you come across
a negative area, whether its from a reaction to an outside force
or just came when you were sitting quietly,
this is your opportunity to cleanse it.

You could be sitting and be in a fairly good mood
when sudden you don’t feel that great.
The vibes are not coming through as positive?
This is another area showing itself, so you can cleanse it.
When knowing where that level is, by where the energy is coming,
then putting the positive through the negative area,
this is proof that you are cleansing that channel.

Like a hose plugged with dirt.
… The way to get dirt out of a hose is to put water through.
That small area that the energy is coming through negatively,
is plugged, so you take the positive energies, which
is what you want, and you push it through.
This alters the negative and gets rid of it.
Each area in turn, with each tiny level within it, needs to be
cleansed or made positive and then go on. (1990).

… After a few days, depending on how much time you work on this,
you will start to notice a cycle.
… People who do not strive for spiritual enlightenment
and better vibes, travel very slowly.
People as yourself who are starting to cleanse these levels,
will find that you travel faster and faster.
Later, what takes you a week now, will take you 2 min.

… Once you understand the cycling and master cleansing process,
you can cleanse through your daily life and through
your daily activities.
If you need help, find something that brings better vibes to you,
whether it be a crystal shining in the sun, or a book of pictures,
or maybe your favorite piece of music. (1990).

A 34. – Mind Channels.
… As you venture through the mind channels,
any place that you do not skip over with ease,
there is a problem there.
Then as a computer, double click or stay in small area,
Hover in hesitation and it opens to tainted vibe and energy.
Then you put antibiotics of positive there
changing each section to light
and you will start to move again auto.
… Thus, if you stay aware for an hour or so
you will watch yourself travel mind cycles and you too,
can plot your course as you travel the many layers of self.
Make all positive and you will know enlightenment.

… Now in any area you will feel energy flowing and
expressing through with gusto, and be positive, ambitious
and on the go progressively.
But in some areas, you may feel trapped as in hesitant
or even in fear and of holding in a protective manner.
Often it feels like a cloud is over you all the time.
These are feelings of a blocked area.
… If block not too big you can get out of it and
go on with life. But if large block, you are trapped.
The little blocks you should tune into and force
positive energy through to break up and clear out,
for they too will get bigger as time goes by.
… Now the bigger blocks you must force positive through
anywhere you can. (If not life has ways to make you do that.
Like drastic situations. If it is time, it is time.)
Scan the area and look for a place that is not
too overpowering and force positive into there as best you can.
It may take a time but with enough positive you will
see the light of day eventually.
In this situation, when I was tired,
I would come away and watch positive cartoons etc.
Try not to let your blocked area get to you.

This is cleansing the Mind Channels.
… The natural thing to do to make yourself feel better,
is to go where it is already happy.
This leaves the negative energy stationary in
that small non-cleansed channel.
You must stay in that pin-point channel and coax the positive
to take over within that very Channel. Then it is forever changed.
… When you cycle around in the years ahead
and happen to put bad vibes through this same area over something,
it will taint that area again.
This is why it is important to live on the positive side of life.
… One who does not cleanse, or live a positive life,
will have the same bad vibes haunt them throughout their life.
The negative areas get bigger and more pronounced
till phobias are created.

A 35. – Body Channels. College
Material verses Spiritual Levels.
… When you are focused through mouth area,
you will feel the area from central chest to navel strongly.
(Your mind may alter but keep in tune with mental levels.)
Do you feel that?
… Now, focus out eyes and forehead area.
With this you will feel area from chest up to above head.
Do you feel that?
… OK great!
This is the high and low self within physical instrument.
If the low self is negative, it will rebel as in, overeating,
inner depression temper and many other symptoms.
Cure is the higher mental self, focusing Love
to upper stomach area. (As in a healing.)
The lower self will balance out and get well etc.

… Each should make a point of spreading some light daily.
This will create a habit of thus.
… Be a Light to your brothers.
(This is your responsibility! After all, Jesus said,
do not hide your Light under a bushel.)(Be responsible!)

A 36. – Tree Groups,
… For more energy around dwelling plant tree groups.
always remember how big they get. A bad example of this is
how they plant trees on boulevards. A fantastic Idea but,
In a year or two, they have to start mangling the poor trees. (Telephone wires).
This is a crime, not only for the tree but for us who have to look at deformed tree.
… If someone came and chopped your limbs off because that one felt they were
too long, how would you feel. Plants have feelings, (Read, Secret Life of Plants).

Collect Energy.
… When collecting energy, use finger and other energy colleting techniques.
Do Not tune into people around for you will deplete them and that is wrong.
(Do unto others as you would do unto self).
–Tune into the energies in air, walk through park with many trees,
look at a scene, a picture of grandeur and breathe in energy from there.
Go hug a tree! One that is much larger than you. (Trunk hard to reach around.)

# 1 Finger energies. (Important) .
Put finger tip 1st + 2nd to thumb tip to circulate energy
of fingers into self again. What do you feel different within.
Does it give you more energy and what kind of energy?
Repeat the above with 3rd + 4th finger tip to thumb tip.
Know this well. Explore! (Especially if live with a drainer, as I did.)
… Always use both hands
and put each finger to thumb separately.
Feel the difference it creates to the energy flow.

A 37. – Knowing Vibrations.
… Love and Peace should be at your will.
So practice these basic energies and you will
feel this even in a couple of days. Practice.

… Feel different energies and what they bring with them.
When you come up with a question, try to answer it yourself
before asking or reading about it.
If it doesn’t turn out to be what you thought,
put it down on paper and later it may give you insight
to a different way. Go within self and listen to your hunches.
You know the saying. ‘It popped out of thin air!”
Well that may be exactly what happens.
This will help you to further know yourself.

Look up with eyes only.
Feel tightness in forehead.
Keep that feeling and let eyes look straight ahead.
Allow energy of forehead to seep up feeling antenna on

A 38. – Expanding Mind Chart. 2


… If you have not, Please work for this before going on.
Once open to second chart live days within these areas till
there are two in front and two in back.
… Eventually one will be in upper head and another in lower head.
The other two will gravitate to upper back head and lower back head.
These will be your 4 main centers of mind areas in future.
What is happening is you are opening to a whole new world.
Front is of material
Back is of spiritual or passive so open. (2011-12).
This is very important step for future study.


Expanding Mind.
This happened to me when reaching up with highs. As you get into upper head
with highs you will reach higher and feel you can reach over top head.
It may seem you are not going higher but it is an opening.
Reach from top head area over crown towards opposite side of head.
You instantly feel the opposite side of head is opening so you can go there easily.
Your whole head becomes alert. This step may already be working for you
if you have had great joy in your life. or maybe if you have meditated before.
If you feel the back of your head is just as aware as front head, then
it is already expanded from life’s doings. Work with it and
if you feel the cycles of mind go all the way around head
as in up back and down front, you have already expanded mind.
In this way you will cleanse full cycle rather than only front face.

A 39. – (Happy-On). – ADV
Spirituality is that ethereal energy.
and or vibration that you become very accustomed to.

The Light.
… When you get above head you will start to sense the light above.
I saw through sensing several times before it came to say Hello.
And even then it did not come into physical,
it only came into my senses and slightly into my sight.
… It introduced itself several times, then at another time,
it came into upper head where I was stationary
within upper mind levels.

I cannot teach you how to be a Spiritual person, as no one can.
It’s through vibrational energy control that gets you your goal.
It is nothing to do with material around you.
Not even the mountains in the distance.
These are all just shadows of the glory.
Thus Jesus said Drop your nets and follow me. OR
Leave your earthly life and follow a vibration of energy,
Christ within. (2011-12). 2.


*Stretch moving is also feeling the energy that moves you.
Not mind energy and not the command but the energy in muscles.

A 40. – 4 Basics.
… Now you are ready for the inner flow of
Peace and Harmony through the total physical.
Feel the Peace inside physical.

Peace (1990s).
Front Pole, Peace more inside back.
Start in low back and work way up with Peace energy.
You may get very heavy with this but keep going.(best to lay down)
When Peace complete from head to toe,
then work with Harmony at front, in the same manner.

Harmony (1990s).
Front Pole Harmony is inside front physical. (Know your polarity)
… When you get Peace and Harmony flowing strongly,
together as a unit, it will bring a lot of energy and you
will feel quite light and warm throughout.
Its a good thing you are lying down. Totally relax!


… FP, If you are hungry with an ache in stomach but you just ate,
put Harmony out there. It takes it away immediately.
BP will be Peace at front. (23.).

A 41. – With mastery of Cosmic energies,
the emotions will not rule you, you will rule them.
You will channel energy through to produce a
non-emotional state of Beingness.
You will find The Bridge to Freedom as I call it.
Your emotions will be as tools to be called upon when needed.
All you wish will be in the energies around you.
If something is needed, you will channel energy through
a pattern of thought and force, creating what is needed.
… Magic you say! Not really, but by the rules of nature.
Remember, nature is a powerful force, that rules all things
upon this planet, in some way.

… As you emanate energies of Peace, Harmony, Security and Love,
these influence all they contact as they whirl around and through
the atmosphere of this planet.
This type of emanation from enough people could bring world Peace,
or if negative, world disaster.
It is wise to think and know how you are using your energies.
… Be of Help, Not of hindrance. (2011-12).

A 42. – (4 Basics).
Working with the Chart of past and continue practicing.
It’s one thing to feel energy flowing but again, must be in
total control to mix one energy with another, to produce a third.
Remember, if work with headset be in mind. If work in Physical be in chest.
Blur your eyes and focus inward. Feel as an energy field.
Then be in mind and feel the Love going out head as says.
When you feel it strongly try feeling it throughout physical.
This may take several days practice.

… Practice other three through mind, as Love, but in their areas.
Work with your chart, for at least a week before going on.
This will allow you to strengthen and remember the energy
so to find it and work with it easier next time.
… After working on each for a year,
you can still grow these stronger.

Human nature is to skim over surface and say,
‘OK, I know these, now give me something more.”
Its not enough just to know these, you need to have each
strong enough so when in distress or in need of help,
you can go to that energy and block out all else.
These can be powerful tools if Mastered.
This will be of essential value in cleansing Mind Channels.
These are main energies of this total study.
Know them well.

A 43. – Mind Channels. ADV.
… We will go more into Mind Ch. in near future,
so with your positive tools you have learnt of and sharpened,
you will be able to win the battle within.
With this cleansing, the negative vibes deep down
will be dissipated, so will not bother you as you
climb for a second time.
Now the second time will be a breeze, for you
have already opened the doors.
So relax as we go deeper into knowing the levels of mind.

A 44. – Passive or Active FP, Managing Yourself.
… If you are on the go all the time, you are stationary
in active side focused out more at front head.
There if in forehead-eye area, you are quite positive.
If you get angry or let the lower front come through,
you have slipped down into lower mouth areas.
This is where problems usually come,
in the emotional-material levels of self.
But here you are still active. (Habit)
This one needs to go to passive side at back head.
There they will have much more control of self. Balance.

… If you are a couch potato type person,
usually quiet and in no hurry or hyped state,
you live from back head or passive side.
This too has its perils.
If in low back head the material-emotional ego rules.
If problems there you will sink into depression and
feel sorry for self etc. and refuse to do anything.
If this self became active, it will become the,
I want I want etc. through mouth area.
… This one needs to reach up to upper back head to get
a more spiritual positive outlook and from there
focus out front to be positive active person.
This person should keep in tune with passive back though,
for you will eventually become hyped.
… These areas are all natural and have their purpose, but its
when you get stuck a certain way, that an imbalance occurs.
That is life, continuous flux. Keep yourself moving and Balanced.

A 45. – (4 Basics).
If you do not know 4 Basics go back and study.
… For these to be felt strongly and precisely you should be
in medi state or passive in back of self,
When Not in an expressing outward state.
If you do not know what I mean
you are not meditating long enough or often enough.
This state is needed so you can focus more acutely on your
energies within, instead of activity on physical levels.
For if in situation when these energies are needed
to be put to use or come to the fore,
you must tune directly into energy personality,
or the source center of, to make a definite difference.
If you have been meditating daily for last many weeks
you should be ready for 4 Basics.
… We will start with the inside energy first.
That is Peace and Harmony.

OK… For Head Set in FP of High Soul (the most common state)
Peace source is felt in upper back head. For this,
remember to relax and be in passive side with eyes open.
If you have to work with being passive, with eyes open,
you are not ready, for this to be of use on physical level.
You need to exercise, being in back top head
throughout your active day.
This goes with Harmony also, which is in top front head.
— With all the opening of energy channels as in,
general glow output, along with happiness and Highs,
you should feel these energy centers right away.
You open these by being within the centers themselves.


For above steps you must know your polarity as well.
Since nobody has asked me in the many years I have had my web,
I assume you have been told by another
who has experienced polarity change.
That’s good, for not many people have, knowingly.
If there was more polarity changing knowingly,
you would certainly read of it in books
for it is very different and effects much within.

A 46. Mind Channel 3.
… When I started mind channel cycles I didn’t want to
go down into more garbage, so I went up.
Once you get high into forehead or above, when ready,
start from high point and take all the good vibes down.
(spirit into physical.) This will cleanse all.
… High point for FP starts in central forehead,
whereas BP starts in adjacent area at back-head.
From that point both polarities work up and over head
to opposite side and on down to low chest.
… As you get low in chest, (FP in back, BP in front)you will
come to a point in upper chest area, where you cannot go lower.
There will be an automatic jump.

… Like I say, a lot of spiritual growth is auto.
I only recorded my journey.
… Anyplace of the mind channels you do not skip-on-by with ease,
