… Set aside a meditation corner with small table, like night table.
Add special stuff to Create an inspiring corner for yourself.
This corner should not be gone into unless sitting.
If you use a chair, put chair in corner or sit on floor.
Put on table what you are inspired to, even for each sit.
If you don’t wish a Bible there, you don’t need one.
Use the colors that suit you for each week or sitting,
change the articles as you are inspired to.
… Set a candle or candles of your choice,
where you are inspired to put them and light them.
Its your corner you please yourself.
This will help to keep your interest up at times when it is low.
Keep the articles light an cheery.

A 7. – (Fairy-tale Treasure). keep
… All things are energy. Even the things not seen,
as the light all around us, daylight.
We would see nothing if daylight wasn’t there.
Yet it’s not until we see the sun or a shadow
that we realize light is in every breath we take.
Our physical is being nourished by light atoms.

… Thoughts and emotions are other invisible things.
Yet if a person thought a lot of very negative thoughts
they would start to feel heavy inside,
or what people say as being down.
We would see on the outside a darkness around them
and they would look down. They would probably be
frowning and look depressed or angry.
After years of putting out very negative thought patterns,
the physical would become ill, and posture would alter.
Within months of positive training, this could be reversed.
Thoughts are things not quite visible, but very real.

… Pre-cloud state or water vapor is another visible
or invisible group of atoms.
If you have never seen clouds appear in the sky, take time to
watch on a day when only one or two cloud wisps are there.
Lie down on a lawn chair or in a room with a view and
watch the cloud disappear and re-appear
as it tries to build into a thunder cloud.
Some of these clouds will start to form and then
start to disappear, only to appear a foot away or so.
… This most often happens in early spring or later summer.
Watching this happen expands your awareness and imagination.
Another thing you can do is to go to a science book
that explains in pictures how weather happens,
so you can understand this more.
It all happens through fast and slow atoms, or hot and cold air.

… Your Guardian Angels are made of energy also.
Maybe they are giving you some of their energy or atoms
when you are tired or down. Like water vapor of clouds, if
your guardian angels gather around them more energy or atoms
they would be visible. The atoms would slow down because
not able to move freely and the angel, same as water vapor,
would start to be visible.
… As the clouds appear out of thin air, so can a lot of things.
Whether visible or invisible, we all exchange energy to a degree.

A 8. – First, Happiness in Face.
… Sit and think of a good time and feel the Happiness in face.
As that is strong, focus on the good vibes and fill chest with Happy Energy.
It will feel like a balloon being blown up inside chest.
As it strengthens, feeling flows into arms and back.
If you get too full, feel the area that it comes out of chest.
There is a channel within central front chest bone.
Focus on that small area and feel the energy
going out to the world around you.
Remember that place for the next times you sit.
As you can, continue to grow this energy strongly within.
… Allow the energy to heal total physical
as it seeps through every cell.
Find the place in the face, where you would express
this energy of happiness.
When you express it in thought, strengthen and open
these areas in face and chest by putting more
and more happiness through. Be an Energy Field of Happiness.

… Once you get Happiness with eyes open,
you can work on Happiness at any time of day.
If work with eyes closed it will be hard to
be in your elated happiness until close eyes again. (1980-90s).

… The more you strive the quicker you progress.

A 9. – Class Exercise,
I want you to stand.
Now put hands in air above head and breathe in a bit more than normal.
Where do you breathe in? Is it high energy or low energy you feel?

Now put hands at waist and breathe again.
Where does the air go to? Above head?
No, you will note it goes into central torso.
Again what kind of energy does it bring?

Now again, breathe in a bit more than normal with arms down at sides.
Again, where do you breathe from? In Lower Stomach? Is it for Physical?
So what is doing this. Do you breathe in these areas cause you want too?
Or does it just happen. It seems to be like different levels.
So if you had body problems as not digesting or defecating or no energy phys.
Go through the above sequence and when you get to low breathing, stay there
for 10 min. and watch what happens. I know for a fact digestion will start.
Learn what your energies will do for you and use them.
Think about this and be more aware of your breathing in future.

A 10. – Happiness.
… That is the first step, to make a habit of happiness.
Practice this 10-15 min. a day, every day.
As you become accustomed to this, increase your time to 15-20 min.
Spend time with eyes closed at first, but then slowly open them
and look around room in happiness.
If you need something to put your mind on, put it on the
happy vibrations within. Feel happiness in your head and chest.
… Sit and grow it in strength and warmth, so you feel yourself
expanding into aura.

Within your practice times, do not entertain yourself in something
that distracts your mind from this happy Joy within.
If it brings a smile to your face, smile. Or a tear to your eye, allow it.
Be careful the smile does not lose the inner glow.
Or the tear does not become sorrow instead of joy and happiness.
Keep positive. (1980-90s).1.

Positive Energies are your protection from negative.
(Inside or out.) Living positively is very important.
If you have control of energy, it should be any energy. 1.

How do you make people happy?
–What is happiness? An energy!’ … Well, so is anger!
–Happy is positive energy – anger is negative.

… Where is happiness? You feel it in chest area! 😎
(Face area is just the expression outward.)
..I thus went into chest happy, to decipher what it exactly was.
..As I leaned on the edge of my bed, I realized (after 10 min.),
if you stay in happiness of chest long enough,
it gets stronger and better.
Still focusing on the happy warmth to figure what it was,
I noticed it was spreading out arms and up into neck and head.
I was glowing and very happy almost to tears.
I was then interrupted and went back
to my semi worry and nervous state.
… But as I left my room, I knew I had to go there again,
for that vibration was the best I had felt in many years.

… Think of all the minutes you are alone in a day.
If you tried to be Happy and achieve,
even a bit of Happiness in those minutes,
you would be forming a habit

Work on happiness by breaking your mundane happiness for progress.
Then keep that new degree of Happiness throughout your day.
… Use music that expounds Happiness and within the week
you will feel more Joy and Happiness in your soul and activities.
Use Music to help.
… There are many on Net with meditation music, but other music suffices.

Its the Love and Happiness that counts.
… If a person needs to learn not to hate others,
if they filled with Love, where is room for hate?
… If one needs to learn not to be jealous of others,
when they fill with Love and Peace, they are content,
and who wants to be jealous of someone if they are
Happy and Content within themselves? (1990s).

A 13. – Chart Breathing. (Happy-On).

Shallow Breathing. (Recent Experiences)
… Deep medi makes for shallow breathing.
… What is meant by shallow breathing? Not much air going in?
No, only part.
… Or maybe its breathing from front chest only?
This may include abdomen area also.
This is one step better.
… Deep breathing starts in the lower back
and is the deepest breath you can take.
After years of medi, I became a front breather.
I did not know this. But I also did not do breathing exercises.

… Problem is, even with breathing exercises,
if you are not aware of how you are breathing,
or all the ways you can breathe, habits form you are not aware of.
… So now, breathing is not only for the energy
but for correct breathing techniques. (2017-18). 3.

A 14. – Treasure Chest.
… You will be required to look at your attitudes as time goes by.
Not so much by my instructions, but you will outgrow things
you cling dearly to now,
as in I believe this, but I don’t believe that.
… Along the way, as you run into higher and brighter vibrations,
you will auto wish to live a purer life in thoughts, words and deeds.
You will reassess yourself many times through your journey.
You may look back and laugh at yourself for who and what you were.
We do not know our follies till we go beyond our follies.
As you peel off the excess layers bit by bit
the true pure inner core is viewed. (1990).1.

… My main secret through this whole study was music.
You must find that inspiring music that makes you climb
high above all earthly endeavors. That was my sail.

Buy a kids coloring book and pencil or crayons.
Every week color a picture for color therapy.
It will help with any deep knots you have.2

A 15. – Grade. – (Gem of Day).
… Spend time reaching up into Joy.
You will feel more light when you are higher in vibration
and it will inspire you, giving you ambition to reach upward.
The see-saw of Happy to Joyous to normal can be frustrating
In your low times, you may be influenced to feel,
“What’s the point, I will never overcome this negative within.”
“This is me and, I might as well accept negative times.”

… But do not give up. Each segment within you fights to be who it is.
Because the negative segment is fighting, means it is losing the battle.
Refuse to give in. Show it who’s boss.
The more positive energies will always be the boss even if
the negative ego self portray differently. Contact the positive and smile.
This will bring better energy. (2017-18).1.

A 16. – First of all. (Home Study)
… You need to achieve True Strong Happiness. 😎
This is not a flash in the pan.
You should maintain it for hours.
Nothing on outside should interfere with
this warm Glow of energy. The glowing within your heart.
Hopefully you will have the wisdom and patients to stay there
till this Happiness burns some of the bad habits out of you.
Then you can get to and maintain Joy which is needed next.

Exercise your Happy muscles.
How? By pushing through stronger happiness.
The saying is, no pain no gain. (2017-18.)1.
Strive! Please get control of this now.

A 17. Thought Patterns.
… Only 1-2 thought patterns are entertained at a time.
After a week or two, you add more and some of the old ones
disappear into background.
… Make sure, the ones that did you the most good, are kept at front.
Just keep thinking and working with them.
… This is why, writing them in a diary is good.
… Every week or two go back into diary and regain ones needed,
even if it was a year ago.
… Control and maintain the good thought patterns, as you need them.
Control your life.

… Write out all angles of any problem you have, the good and the Bad.
Then figure out whether it is worth it to be unhappy or upset.
If it’s not worth the unhappiness, find the happiness within and grow it,
flooding out unhappiness.
Keep your life in order and be an example to others.
Realize that happiness is more important and refuse to feel bad feelings.
they will not help anyone. Get your mind ready for higher learnings.
Keep forming a habit of being happy in your quiet times.
when you are happy, be happier, letting it glow forth from within.

A 18. – Now we work on words. (Home Study).
… These may be a little harder to control then thoughts,
for once you say them, they are out roaming free
in every mind that picks them up.
The key is to think before you speak.
Your words reflect your thoughts and your thoughts
influence your words.
Even the way you say one word will tell a story.

… One cannot help put out vibes, when talking or even thinking.
Sometimes you can see what people are thinking
by picking up the vibes.
These vibrations within and without you, control your life.
So good thoughts will help to bring good words.
Sit and think about this for a while.

… When you talk with people, keep it light and happy.
Knocking others down makes your company feel uneasy,
if they don’t knock down the same.
A group of friends knocking things down causes negative vibes.
Compliment your company and this will lead to
a group of positive friends.
… If you have a problem, talk about it briefly
to get it off your mind.
This may lead to some helpful comments from others.
Try not to dwell on any problem.
Draw conclusions to ease your mind and later work to rid of problem.

… Deeds are much the same as words. A deed is a tool.
If someone is really in need, help from the heart.
If someone wishes to use you, help if you feel you should
but do not become a door mat.
Use your common sense and don’t get stuck in circumstances
if you see it’s not necessary.

… After a few months of working on thoughts words and deeds,
join them all together as a unit.
Positive thoughts should bring more Happiness
and will help to cleanse for the higher. (1990s).1.

A 20. – Water Power.
… Pour water in tumbler with a lid and shake well. 25-50 times.
… This is the principle of the waterfall.
It gives you more energy for the physical. Energize yourself daily.
It is healthier and more natural, Like Straight From The Stream.

Do plants have personalities?
… Do your plants say touch me not, or are they ones who wish
a patting or a blowing of carbon dioxide.
📌 Remember, they thrive on what we breathe out.
If oxygen gives us happiness,
carbon dioxide should give them a lift too.
Say I Love You, by breathing on them. (2020).1.

Protein .
It is said that one should get 60g protein daily, 80g average.
A good meal is 20g. But many people only get two meals a day.
That is only 40g. How much do you get?
Canadian Standards are low compared to many countries.
Some countries ask for 150g daily.
If you are weak and wobbly inside, you may not be getting enough.

…Thoughts are more material than you think.
… Also, watch what you say in your conversations.
If you say,

Gee you look pale today, do you not feel well?
You look very tired; did you not get sleep?

The receiver will take these thoughts and as pondered upon,
they could end up feeling uneasy or even influenced by.
… Same effect happens if you talk of positive.

You look very pretty today.
You are always so healthy and happy.

This uplifts a person greatly.
If one thinks of happy or unhappy times,
they become happy or unhappy.
…This study will help curb that, so what people say
will not bother you as much. You will start to get control.
So work with your thoughts words and deeds.

Talk to plants. Psych them out.
Are they thirsty? This is an exercise to help you open psychically.

A 22. – Future Endeavors,
Step Four, Your Weapons

… These weapons are basically
Love Peace Harmony and security.
Now you may sit there and think. ‘Well I know these,
I rarely use some of them,
but I have felt these in my life. What the heck!
I will just go on and work with these later.’

… HOLD ON, you have heard of these as most have
and maybe you have exercised these off-and-on
within the past years, but
if you were laden with problems and at your ropes end
would these 4 simple weapons save you?
Have you practiced to shine these forth when in much fear?
Have you achieved control of these 4 weapons so…
when Ego acts up and says,
(I don’t care, I will do it my way!)
Even when it’s the wrong way, Would you pass this test?
… Can You save yourself and alter your course
against Ego’s will?
Its hard to do, I know, but its security for when
open Spiritually.
You must have control over self,
then you are freed to do Gods Will. (2017-18).1.

A 23. – …ESP… (Gem of Day).
… Many people are sensitive to vibrations.
You can call it ESP or whatever you wish.
The fact is that everyone, even you, uses this to
a more or less degree.
Some people call it hunches or 6th sense
and others call it their conscience.
… If you are here looking for ways to become psychic
but you have fear of that, I would say it is not your time.
If this is you, you would only bring the bad.

… This is how the plants and animals do most of their communicating.
We have lost it through our ability to create a structured language.
We depend on our material word and not on the psychic language.

A 24. – What makes energy in wind? (Gem of Day).
… As water hits water to release Water Power into air
so does wind hit itself and other things around, including you.
This releases extra particles of energy.
Like friction creating sparks of fire,
wind and water create more earth energy. (1990s).1.

Energy.
… Atoms are energy and when blowing about
they speed up creating a higher or Hyped vibe.
It inspired plants and animals to shift into
a hyper state of energy.
You can feel this on a windy day.
… The movement of the leaves flipping around in the wind,
is enjoyed by plants and animals. House Plants also enjoy this.
If a house plant looks bored gently make it wave and
watch the difference in its aura and vibe. Better still,
get a small fan and blow your plants for a few minutes,
every few days or when they look bored.

A 25. – (Treasure Fairy-tale).
Why is it that you can feel bad or upset
over things that other people may laugh at?
… You have put thoughts and vibrations forth
that have left blueprints in areas of mind.
Until you go back to same areas these energies of memory
stay tucked in corners, growing and gathering like energy.
As time goes by and area gets larger,
it seeps into your awareness of mind or
bursts in as temper etc.
If it’s a major area you may feel
you need tranquilizers for it shadows your life.
These are what I have termed blocks.
Negative energies that interfere
with positive energy expression. (1990s).1.

… By now with practice, you should be feeling a lot of Joy
and Happiness within self. A feeling of living in heaven.
The higher you go, the closer to the inner self you become.
Slowly and steadily reach upward as you
fine tune your vibration and accustom yourself
to the stronger more positive Light within you.

A 26. – Beginnings. The Straight and Narrow Path.
… If the strength of your Happiness is always
at a certain level, you will remain at that level.

… When first medi you feel it’s a chore. You feel trapped.
You think of all the other stuff you could be doing.
No good vibes there!

… If you reach for Happy strongly and get High,
you will come to a point, in a few days or weeks, where you can’t wait
to medi again for the good vibes you obtained there yesterday.

Do not allow the negative in, for it will
lead you to unhappiness, worries and fears.
Follow the right path and you will get your goal sooner.

-It’s straight because you must see the goal and
head straight for it.
-It’s narrow because you must not falter or
you lose sight of the goal and lose your way.

A 27. – High. – (Happy-On).
Practice Positive Glow,
… If at the start of your journey,
you are clear and not in problems,
you can use highs to reach into top head and
Practice Positive Glow, cleansing as you go.
With this you may also get the knowledge of the structure of self.
(This is when I got most of charts of 1980’s when well under way.)
A lot will be known through osmosis,
from Spiritual levels and your Higher Spirit.
Work on Highs as you wash dishes or while waiting
the computer to decide what it’s going to do.
This is the start of getting highs or going higher in vibe.
With Highs you reach upward in super happiness and Joy.
As you feel self, raising into elated vibes make sure
it is not just awareness that is reaching upward.

… Why Learn Basic Nutrition?
… There will come a time when you will not want to eat,
exercise or sleep. These things will be a waste of time to you
when you could be sitting in that fantastic vibe.
I did this and paid. Its only right that I warn you.
Eat foods you need for nutrition. Learn!
(This is for ones spending hours meditating.)

A 28. – High School. – Advanced.
Glimpse of Mind Channels.
… Have you ever noticed that when you are happy,
you seem to be expressing higher in face and
when you are sad or depressed you are lower in face?
Why is this?

Try this for yourself.
… Be happy and put finger on small area you are
expressing through on your face.
… Then be sad and put finger on that area of face
you’re expressing from. There will be a gap between these two.
Go back to the happy point and try making the area
between happy and sad points, happier.
There will be several channels in this between area,
and you will notice that as you go towards the sad area
the energy you express through,
will be tainted more and more with sadness.

Do not let this happen.

… As you go down, make yourself be as happy as you were
in the happy point you started with.

A 29.- Expanding Mind Chart. Very Important.



… If you have not, Please work for this before going on.
*You need to have this open within a month or so to keep up.
Once open to second chart live days within these areas till
there are two in front and two in back.
… Eventually one will be in upper head and another in lower head.
The other two will gravitate to upper back head and lower back head.
These will be your 4 main centers of mind areas in future.
What is happening is you are opening to a whole new world.
Front is of material
Back is of spiritual or passive so open. (2011-12).
This is very important step for future study.

Expanding Mind.
This happened to me when reaching up with highs. As you get into upper head
with highs you will reach higher and feel you can reach over top head.
It may seem you are not going higher but it is an opening.
Reach from top head area over crown towards opposite side of head.
You instantly feel the opposite side of head is opening so you can go there easily.
Your whole head becomes alert. This step may already be working for you
if you have had great joy in your life. or maybe if you have meditated before.
If you feel the back of your head is just as aware as front head, then
it is already expanded from life’s doings. Work with it and
if you feel the cycles of mind go all the way around head
as in up back and down front, you have already expanded mind.
In this way you will cleanse full cycle rather than only front face.

A 30. – Steps Upward.
… If your steps upward do not seem Joyous enough,
maybe you are not stepping high enough.
Climb higher until overjoyed. Then if the high seems too high,
take it a bit lower. You will know when too high!
You will feel shaky inside and your head will hurt.
If this occurs, just relax and keep the Peace
with a lower High until adjusted.

… If you have difficulty reaching above head,
for practice go back to HIGHS for a spell
and work your way up.
You should keep up within yourself.
It makes it easier.
You’ll have no problem with practicing highs,
for this can be done in many situations, like
while waiting an appointment,
a traffic light or waiting a delivery.
Work with eyes open always. (1990). 1.

A 31. – True Love. (Gem of Day) Advanced.
… True Love is an understanding love, used for no personal gain.
It’s a wish to aid humanity towards Peace and Harmony,
for the creation of wellbeing.
The earthly love often clouds and blocks
the True Love so it cannot channel forth.
The earthly ego is easily hurt.
With True Love the ego is calmed and will not object.
… Channel True Love and the world will be a happier place.
Happiness brings more Love and Joy. Work on each to strengthen all.
Sit and fill with happiness to bring True Love from within. (Part)..

A 32. – High. (Happy-On).
Important.
… First work on highs. This is felt in the upper head,
like the inside of you is trying to push its way out.
It makes your head feel swollen.
Try to acquire this feeling now. If you cannot find it,
try making yourself sad and disappointed.
Then rise up to be happy and joyous.
With this you should feel a lifting in the head,
or a lightening feeling.
Practice finding Highs every day for a week and you
will know how to get there in a second.

Spirituality comes down from above head.
… This is why we first reach up.
You open the door, then as you auto descend,
cleansing, the higher comes into cleansed areas.
Its your responsibility to cleanse the self. (1990s.).1.

A 33. – Team Elation
… Were you on a high and most elated, when your
favorite team won within seconds of the buzzer?
You could be that elated again, right now!
How many days were you on top of life after that elation?
Three or four days?
… So if you practiced to get there with ease and wished to
stay there for your life, you would only need to
get that every 3-4 days to live there permanently.
You could do that! You may ask, How is that possible?
Think for a minute.

… When Elated to that height, it is energy
of great magnitude going through your person.
This energy came through your physical so it is possible
for it to come again. But your habitual energy level
is in your way. If you got to a point, where you habitually
put elated energy through, you would be able to be there readily.

How do you do that, you may ask? … Easy!
Practice till a high state is your norm.

There are people you may feel you could help,
but they talk in a negative way, from habit.
If you feel the only way to become closer to this person
is to speak their language, it’s good to do so only to a degree.
This gets them on your side and your influence
of a more positive lifestyle, may rub off.
… It’s interesting to see this take place but
always be in control of yourself.
If you start taking the negative persons habits
and using them when with others,
then it’s time to draw back into self.
… It’s like a person who is drowning.
If you cannot swim and you go out of your way
to save this one, you end up drowning as well. (2011-12)

A 36. – (Treasure Chest).
Your Pathway … Thoughts.
… As you go on into the future,
you must control your thoughts.
If you think negative, destructive thoughts,
eventually those thoughts will create just that.
You will get frustrated and angry more often with that energy.
Positive, constructive thoughts are the way to go.
… The average person’s life is made of both positive and negative
and all the ones in between. At any time, this one
can be swayed to the more positive or negative of their range.
Positive is obviously the way we wish to go.
… Make a point of practicing positive thinking
and the scales will tip more and more to a positive Person.
The positive will buffer the negative that is left, and you will
breeze through difficult times with little depression or downers.(1990s)

Protein .
It is said that one should get 60g protein daily, 80g average.
A good meal is 20g. But many people only get two meals a day.
That is only 40g,
Canadian Standards are low compared to many countries.
Some countries ask for 150g daily.
If you are weak and wobbly inside, you may not be getting enough.

New Gem of Day.
… The Gem of Harmony is used for deeper relaxation. BP.
Closing eyes may help to get deeper, then harmonize self.
… Harmony for FP, is a Gem to be used for surface of physical.
It will make you slump, so Relax but watch your posture.

A 37. – Expanding Mind Chart. Very important.



… If you have not, Please work for this before going on.
Once open to second chart live days within these areas till
there are two in front and two in back.
… Eventually one will be in upper head and another in lower head.
The other two will gravitate to upper back head and lower back head.
These will be your 4 main centers of mind areas in future.
What is happening is you are opening to a whole new world.
Front is of material
Back is of spiritual or passive so open. (2011-12).
This is very important step for future study.

Expanding Mind.
This happened to me when reaching up with highs. As you get into upper head
with highs you will reach higher and feel you can reach over top head.
It may seem you are not going higher but it is an opening.
Reach from top head area over crown towards opposite side of head.
You instantly feel the opposite side of head is opening so you can go there easily.
Your whole head becomes alert. This step may already be working for you
if you have had great joy in your life. or maybe if you have meditated before.
If you feel the back of your head is just as aware as front head, then
it is already expanded from life’s doings. Work with it and
if you feel the cycles of mind go all the way around head
as in up back and down front, you have already expanded mind.
In this way you will cleanse full cycle rather than only front face.

A 38. … Check back on your thoughts, words and deeds.
Are you still keeping Happy glowing thoughts,
while going through your days work or are
those nasty thoughts sneaking in.
Now is the time to put a stop to it.
You have to prepare for Highs to get above head in next section.

To go much further from here you need to be positive.
… This will be easier if your thoughts are not ones of,
getting even with someone. Or figuring out
how to tell someone off, or talking nasty of someone
to teach them a lesson.
Just thinking in this manner will bring the high vibes down
and cloud what Love and Happiness you have within.
… How do you expect to go to higher levels in positivity,
when you are still fighting over your thoughts, words and deeds.
… You have got to get the worms out of the worm wood
before it becomes an ornament.

… You should now see why it was and is important,
to work on positive thoughts.
Brush up on this while working this next week or two. (1980-90).

… Start to be young. Bring in the youth energy.
Take all opportunities in a day to be youthful.
Color pictures, watch cartoons, always bring in youth vibes.
