Love Peace Harmony Security. With a week working diligently on each energy,
later you will have control to go, on own.

… Right now you have no control. Your normal routine and energies
have more sway within you, Because from habit, you are secure in
who you are at this point.
… What you need to do to progress self, is make another energy
more powerful than the ones you are following now. For instance, happiness.
Are you truly happy or is it a facsimile of happiness. A make-do of happiness.
… When someone asks you, are you happy, do you scrunch up your face and
give a whole heartily yes, just so to maybe not upset the status quo.
… In most people, happiness is classified as lack of sorrow, hate or depression.
That is not happiness. That is neutral. A clamming up or not expressing

… If the energy you are working for is not stronger than your everyday
mundane energies, you will return to the usual.
… In this study, what you are working for must be stronger and be wished,
far more than your normal energy. Again battle of Armageddon within.

Shine and Glow within now!
… You should live Happiness each day
in order to live it Always.
It is up to you. If you do not work on it each day
you may not reach your goal you wish.
Keep your feelers out and be guided by your inner sense.
If you wish Happiness, Peace and Security, you must
Reach for and make Space for these, within your vibration.

… Work with happy for one week and you
will feel the difference.
I don’t mean just smile, I mean strive
for stronger happiness.

2. – Happiness.
… Think of a good time and feel the Happiness in face area.
Then focus on the good vibes and fill chest with Happy Energy.
It will feel like a balloon being blown up inside chest.
As it strengthens, feeling flows into arms and back.
If you get too full, feel the area that it comes out of chest.
There is a channel within central front chest bone.
Focus on that small area and feel the energy
going out to the world around you.
Remember that place for the next times you sit.
As you can, continue to grow this energy strongly within.
… Allow the energy to heal total physical
as it seeps through every cell.
Find the place in the face, where you would express
this energy of happiness.
When you express it in thought, strengthen and open
these areas in face and chest by putting more
and more happiness through. Be an Energy Field of Happiness.

… Once you get Happiness with eyes open,
you can work on Happiness at any time of day.
If work with eyes closed it will be hard to
be in your elated happiness until close eyes again. (1980-90s).

… The more you strive the quicker you progress.

… You might want to curb your activity if
you are serious in this study.
If you are working person, you are
already over balanced in the material life
and do not need more activities.
If there are things you have outgrown, drop them.
You could go part time for few months as well.
I took years off and this allowed me to put study
in writing making it more precise with the information.

You know how serious you are in this work.
You know how much time you wish to focus
on getting your goals.

If you can and are considering spending a time
deep within a meditative state of life, Remember,
you still live here and need to balance.

4. – We all have the ability to be Bright lights and there are many ways
to bring this about. All have the energies for positive vibrations within.
these energies have just been altered.
The channels are still there waiting to be awoken again.
All have this ability to alter themselves. They need only to
realize this potential within and then work towards bringing this forth.
When we find our path to this awakening,
we will be in harmony with self and know true happiness.
… Spend time reaching up into the Joy within mind and above.
You feel more light when higher in vibe and it inspires and gives you
ambition to reach onward.
The seesaw from happy to joyous to normal can become frustrating.
In your low times you will be influenced to feel,
‘What’s the point, I will never overcome the negative within.
This is me and I might as well accept the negative times.’ (1990s).

… Don’t give up. Each segment within you fights to be who it is.
Because the negative segment is fighting means it is losing the battle.
Refuse to give into it. Show it who’s Boss.
The more positive energies will always be the Boss, even if
the negative portrays otherwise.
… When your negative gets the better of you, go inside quietly
and find the positive. It is almost like you have to sneak around,
as to not let the negative ego self know what you are doing.
Contact the positive and smile.
This often brings in better energies and positive has a chance

5. First of all.
… You need to achieve True Strong Happiness. 😎
This is not a flash in the pan.
You should maintain it for hours.
Nothing on outside should interfere with
this warm Glow of energy. The glowing within your heart.
Hopefully you will have the wisdom and patients to stay there
till this Happiness Clears some of the bad habits out of you.
Then you can get to and maintain Joy which is needed next.

Exercise your Happy muscles.
How? By pushing through stronger happiness.
The saying is, no pain no gain.
Strive!

6.
Work on Happiness for a few months.
This is raising you above the problems to a more spiritual realm.

… With this you will feel a detachment
from your emotions and other material states.
Then you can stay above head living in
the more spiritual levels, securely and strongly.
But this all depends on how strong you have made
each of the previous steps. (Solid foundation.)
This is the Road to Enlightenment.

A 7. – Full to Overflowing.
… As you strengthen your energies you will feel full of the Glow.
It will eventually fill your physical and overflow into your aura.
It is this Glow that will correct all in mind and body.
Whether its love happy or joy, take the Glow into
all mind channels as you open them.
As Jesus said, take the light into the dark places.
It corrects all to the original if strong enough.
… It is God’s positive energy that will heal.
All God’s energies can be diluted and mixed.
We do this in various degrees, every day of our lives,
unless we are living in God’s Glory.
Strengthen each pure energy and use correctly
to produce an abundance of healing for all.

… While sitting quietly and thinking or daydreaming,
a new vibration may sneak in through your thoughts that takes your attention.
Lock into this new vibe and drop all other thoughts and vibrations
you were entertaining.
At times there are gaps in the thought patterns which allow hunches
or new ideas in from a higher source.

… Within yourself, use Joy to raise above
your problems, into higher more positive ground.

… When first medi you feel it’s a chore. You feel trapped.
You think of all the other stuff you could be doing.
No good vibes there!

… If you reach for Happy strongly and get High,
you will come to a point, in a few weeks, where you can’t wait
to medi again for the good vibes you obtain there.

As Time Goes By.
… You will outgrow things you cling dearly to now,
as in I believe this, but I don’t believe that.
You will reassess yourself many times through your journey.
You may look back and laugh at yourself for who and what you were.
We do not know our follies till we go beyond our follies.
As you peel off the excess layers bit by bit
the true pure inner core is viewed. (1990s).

10. – Starting Meditation.
What is it?
It is simply being in your awareness, not your thinking mind.
First you sit the physical down
Then you sit the awareness down, out of mind.

Then relax and try to ignore the thoughts passing by.
If you know the stages of falling asleep, you will feel the similarities.
The deeper you go the less thought you have, till mind is blanked.
Its putting the awareness into lower neck area.

Important.

11. – Happiness.
… The first step is to make a habit of happiness.
Practice this 10-15 min. Every Day!
… As you become accustomed to this, increase your time to 15-20 min.
Spend time with eyes closed at first, but then slowly open them
and look around room in happiness.
… If you need something to put your mind on, put it on the
happy vibrations within. Feel happiness in your head and chest.
Sit and grow it in strength and warmth, so you feel yourself
expanding into aura.

Within your practice times, do not entertain yourself in something
that distracts your mind from this happy Joy within.
If it brings a smile to your face, smile. Or a tear to your eye, allow it.
Be careful the smile does not lose the inner glow.
Or the tear does not become sorrow instead of joy and happiness.

Gem of Day.
… Happiness is a Gem that will be the most useful tool
in clearing a path for enlightenment.
Used inside as well as out. Use it hourly in all facets of life.

12. – Original.. (Home Study).
How do you make people happy?
–What is happiness? An energy!’ … Well, so is anger!
–Happy is positive energy – anger is negative.

… Where is happiness? You feel it in chest area! 😎
(Face area is just the expression outward.)
I thus went into chest happy, to decipher what it exactly was.
… As I leaned on the edge of my bed, I realized (after 10 min.),
if you stay in happiness of chest long enough,
it gets stronger and better.
Still focusing on the happy warmth to figure what it was,
I noticed it was spreading out arms and up into neck and head.
I was glowing and very happy almost to tears.
I was then interrupted and went back
to my semi worry and nervous state.
… But as I left my room, I knew I had to go there again,
for that vibration was the best I had felt in many years.

… Think of all the minutes you are alone in a day.
If you tried to be Happy and achieve,
even a bit of Happiness in those minutes,
you would be forming a habit
and cleanse those very areas as you do. (2011-12).

… Sit for your time with Happy thoughts,
but also make a point of giving Happy thoughts to others.
Words do not mean a thing if they have the wrong
thought behind them, so be sincere.
… Also, watch what you say in your conversations.
If you say,

Gee you look pale today, do you not feel well?
You look very tired; did you not get sleep?

The receiver will take these thoughts and as pondered upon,
they could end up feeling uneasy or even influenced by.
… Same effect happens if you talk of positive.

… In months, as you practice taking Happy into your daily life,
you will note that the aura or (Glow of Bliss)
will come to you with a switch of your mind, in seconds.
… Later when you cleanse mind and emotions you are living in,
you will have the Bliss and keep it for days and weeks,
as it gets stronger and more familiar to you.
At this point, Heaven, tears of Joy.

The more you react
in Love, Peace and Joy instead of negatives,
the faster more concrete the positive habits will be.
This in turn will raise your vibration
allowing the higher, brighter self to control.

Important points of Journey.
1- The longer you maintain a vibe the more you train self
to be that vibe.

2- Create what you wish by maintaining the vibe you wish.
When you put out a thought or vibe you don’t like,
change it by remembering the positive and

3- Through the years you have created many habits of
fear, worry, hates etc. This may help.
Smile in Security, then note how much more secure you feel.
Heal Thyself. Secure your world with that habit.

… If you cannot maintain your happy while sitting, examine your emotions.
If you find, you are holding unhappiness toward a person, Check yourself.
Is it the person or what the person does that bothers you.
Maybe you want that person to do what you feel is right.
Whatever the reason, it is your reaction giving you those feelings.
It’s your fault for the way you feel. You cannot live that person’s life.
Remember, One man’s meat is another man’s Poison.

… When you get upset with that person or any person, what is it doing
to you and others around? Even if you feel sorry for someone.
It is still your reactions. Change them by bringing in better vibes.
Bring Joy into their life by bringing Joy into yours.
Then they can see and feel your Joy and be encouraged in that direction.

the inner growth will rid of all fears and will allow you
to learn easier and faster. Grow happy thoughts and give them to others.

breaking your mundane happiness for progress.
Then try keep that degree of Happiness throughout your day.

Use music to Progress Spiritually.
… Each piece of music gives a certain vibe.
Listen to your favorite pieces of music and
get used to their vibes they give you.
As time goes on you will realize that
one of your pieces of music is nourishing to you.
Then used that pieced of music, so long as you get
that nourishment from it. When it runs out find another.
A piece of music will become nourishing to you as you
get into its wavelength spiritually, materially or emotionally.
Use this key to benefit by the music’s vibrations. eg.
If you need comfort, a piece of music that gives you comfort
will make your job much easier, for you do not need
to find or maintain that comfort to help self,
when the music you sink into is doing that for you.
What is neat, is that piece of music will keep you
in that comfort as long as you are listening to it.
So, push repeat and relax.

Independent Happiness
… Happiness is an individual thing
not dependent upon others about.
If you feel you can’t be happy
unless another is with you in Happiness,
that is verging on relationship energy.
All you need is to practice, which should be easy,

if you work with it.
In all of humanities endeavors, it is up to you!

… As we shine up with Happiness, we can look at our habits

get control of Positive, then they are under our command.

With the familiarity of the vibration through Glowing forth,
it will be easier to find, grasp and maintain.
The longer you keep that vibe, the easier it becomes a norm.

Then it is in your repertoire of vibrations that makes you.

… The levels that you are Happy on at this point are cleansed.
The levels that you feel worry etc. are ones that need cleansing.
When you are in your comfort zone with friends
you are at a certain level of mind.
The negative normally comes out a bit lower than your comfort zone
for lower levels collect denser vibrations. This is natural.
These are the areas that need cleansing.
… Focus in on that Happiness and be it.
The more you be that Happiness
the stronger it gets and the more you become it.
But remember, that is on one level. There are many levels.

… The higher levels are a good place to learn of positive
for those levels are cleansed.
So first find the positive happiness and Be it. Shine it, Glow it.
It will automatically engulf you.
A lot of what happens spiritually is automatic.
The saying is knock and the door will be opened.

or what that piece of music takes you to,
you will be fixing the area you are stationary at.

If you have thoughts of war, you will be ready to make war,

Entering Joy…

A. – Basic Outline… of Spiritual Study.
Check and control your thoughts words and deeds.
… For a few weeks as you attempt to meditate,
Especially Check your thoughts, for a negative thought will
sway you to bring more negative thoughts into the mind.
Thus the light will be tainted as soon as it enters your mind.
Remember, it is the light that heals negative within.
Thus even if the Light came, you would not be able to detect it.

… With the above, the basic short cycle of study I have been giving
only spend a week on Thoughts, Words and Deeds.
Most people need to work on positive for weeks,
to form better habits so to get to a point where
it is difficult to be negative. I have structured beginning books to fit better.
… Next stage is to work to find Joy which will show you
the technique of getting Highs.
This section of study will have to be worked on for a time.
But for this Basic short cycle of study we will work on
getting highs for 2 weeks only.
… Within this time you may achieve getting highs. But why do you get highs?
So to reach higher into the light to clean out the negatives.
Highs are reaching up through the mind toward the light.
You must have the light at hand to flood out
the negative destructive energies within. Thus repeat study as wish.

A 1. – Step Two.
JOY.
… After 2-4 weeks, working with happiness,
you will start to move upward into Joy.
Joy is more a spiritual happiness. A true happiness.
You touch upon the ethereal levels here which will
enable you to open the spiritual realm within you.

… Joy is a much needed tool to get to the higher path. This Gem is extreme
Happiness, so start with simply being happy. The stronger you glow happiness
the more joyous it becomes. Then use the Gem of Joy to get even higher.

A 2. Basic Ideas … The Source.
Original.
… To find our way back to the source, we must
become more like the source.
The source is a purer, higher rate of vibration.
If we get into low negative vibes we are drawing away from the source.
… The opposite would be to live on a positive tone
drawing closer to our source light within.✨

Then try keep that degree of Happiness as long as possible.

… Why can you feel very Happy and feel life is a Joy.
Then suddenly, it all disappears?
… You work with Happiness in the one area so to cleanse that area.
Then through the automatic cycling, you go to another area.
This area may be slightly influenced by the previous vibes
you have put through self, but this new area is not the same place.
Cleansing is needed in all your areas, and this takes time.
But this process is purifying the self.

A 4. – (Treasure Fairy-tale).
Why is it that you can feel bad or upset
over things that other people may laugh at?
… You have put thoughts and vibrations forth
that have left blueprints in areas of mind.
Until you go back to same areas these energies of memory
stay tucked in corners, growing and gathering like energy.
As time goes by and area gets larger,
it seeps into your awareness of mind or
bursts in as temper etc.
If it’s a major area you may feel
you need tranquilizers for it shadows your life.
These are what I have termed blocks.
Negative energies that interfere
with positive energy expression. (1990s).

… By now you should be feeling a lot of Joy
and Happiness within self. A feeling of living in heaven.
The higher you go, the closer to the inner self you become.
Slowly and steadily reach upward as you
fine tune your vibration and accustom yourself
to the stronger more positive Light within you.
Find vibe of Joy, then be there till tears come to eyes. Progress.

With the practice of the lessons above, you should be happy most of times.
This is a cleanser and will enable you to find Joy in forehead
along with Highs coming in next round of lessons.
This is a very quick cycling of this journey,
so special attention must be made to each step.
If not you will be lost within days. Hang onto your hat.
Take whatever is given and if not understand, put in back of head for later.

… Sit now and feel what it would be like to live in Heaven.
When you get that feeling, grow it very strongly so it
will be an influence on your life of now.

The above not only effects the physical-material plain
but also the spiritual plain.

… By now you should be feeling a lot of Joy
and Happiness within self. A feeling of living in heaven.
The higher you go, the closer to the inner self you become.

B 4. – Steps Upward.
… If your steps upward do not seem Joyous enough,
maybe you are not stepping high enough.
Climb higher until overjoyed. Then if the high seems too high,
take it a bit lower. You will know when too high!
You will feel shaky inside and your head will hurt.
If this occurs, just relax and keep the Peace
with a lower High until adjusted.

… Now for the next 10 minutes I want you to sit and
pour the happiness out of you. Make yourself Joyous now.
Find a piece of music that makes you happy
and Bask in the happiness to see how it makes you feel.
Use same method for Love Peace, Harmony Security and Joy.

As we go further you will have many tears of joy which will lead you to highs.
You will get the feeling of reaching above head or to top head. Then in this area
you will feel levels you seem to be gaining as you reach into joyous vibes.
You are getting higher thus higher Highs leading to above head aura living.
This takes time and at first you will drop auto when come from your medi.
but eventually you will stay high in glorious levels of mind and ethereal minds.

Growing Happiness. Advanced….
… Its like when you look at something but have no interest in it,
you sort of stare with no thought or concern.
But if you started thinking about this object,
you put more energy out to it.
The energy of thought comes out of head into the air about.
… Its the same with happiness.
First feel it within chest then focus it out to world,
not through mind or thoughts but
through focus channel in central chest area.
This puts out Happiness to all.
With this you can feel it get warmer and expand to engulf
the total chest and then the total you.
… In the earlier stages of Spiritual development,
Happiness seems to be the basic energy.
When you get into the Higher Minds (which will come later),
Love seems to be the basic energy.

B 7. – (Happiness).
… Think of a good time and feel the Happiness in face area.
Then focus on the good vibes and fill chest with Happy Energy.
It will feel like a balloon being blown up inside chest.
As it strengthens, feeling flows into arms and back.
If you get too full, feel the area that it comes out of chest.
There is a channel within central front chest bone.
Focus on that small area and feel the energy
going out to the world around you.
Remember that place for the next times you sit.
As you can, continue to grow this energy strongly within.
… Allow the energy to heal total physical
as it seeps through every cell.
Find the place in the face, where you would express
this energy of happiness.
When you express it in thought, strengthen and open
these areas in face and chest by putting more
and more happiness through. Be an Energy Field of Happiness.

… Once you get Happiness with eyes open,
you can work on Happiness at any time of day.
If work with eyes closed it will be hard to
be in your elated happiness until close eyes again. (1980-90s).

… The more you strive the quicker you progress.

… Have you got your past exercises of Happy and Joy
strong enough that the True spiritual self
can influence and halt you from taking a path to darkness.
Are you spiritually ready to fight the devil within?,

… This is where most spend many lifetimes battling.
This is the true Armageddon talked of in Bible.
Not an outward but an inward battle of self.
(40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness).
You may have fought many battles outwardly in your life,
but have you fought the inward battles?
The battles that put you on tranquilizers for can’t handle them.
This is the true test of your spiritual abilities.
… This does not mean go off medicines immediately,
for it takes time to win Armageddon within.
Only when you are ready!

… Jesus spent 40 days and 40 nights at this and he was
a very spiritual person. Are you!
I spent 30-35 years and did complete in High soul.
This is why I am on net, to help those in High soul,
where most of North Americans are living in.

B 9. – (Happy-On). (HEL).
… Now let us get into the meat of the matter.
It gets exciting in this part, I know.
This part was very inspiring to me once I realized
what each energy was and how to channel it.
You who have come this far should be relatively at peace,
with no deep anger or resentment toward anything.
These steps are for future opening of channels,
allowing greater energies to come.
The name I gave these is H. E. L.

… HIGHS, High in vibration, not acquired by
drink or drugs. That is an earthly method and can harm you.
ENERGY Cosmic Energy bringing Security.
LOVE True Love, the Inner Glow.

… Each of the three steps of HEL should be taken one at a time.
You may at times feel 2 of the three coming forth,
but that’s good, let it come. We say one at a time because
we jumped from one to the other until we realized,
a thinner spread of consciousness was not as effective.
When you know and experience the three separately,
then you can join another up and then the third.
… Sit now and work on the Love, shining it forth to all. (1990s).

Strengthen Love.
… Start now to achieve your channel of Love.
Give out Love and Joy in abundance.
The non-love, will quickly vanish.
Stay that way as long as possible, that is the secret.

… If we put the energy out in Love, Joy and other positive ways,
again we attract likewise.
This brings constructive energy,
creating Health, Happiness and Peace.
The above not only effects the physical-material plain
but also the spiritual plain.
Be at Peace and comfort your world. (1990s).

… By now you should be feeling a lot of Joy
and Happiness within self. A feeling of living in heaven.
The higher you go, the closer to the inner self you become.

Youth Dance
… This is moving about, being as a child in vibe and thought.
Step back and forth or side to side,
bringing in the Happy Youth Energy to every cell of body.
… Movement brings circulation, thus brings energy.
What energy are you living by? … Change it! (2011-12)

B 11. – (Happy-On).
Important.
… First work on highs. This is felt in the upper head,
like the inside of you is trying to push its way out.
It makes your head feel swollen.
Try to acquire this feeling now. If you cannot find it,
try making yourself sad and disappointed.
Then rise up to be happy and joyous.
With this you should feel a lifting in the head,
or a lightening feeling.
Practice finding Highs every day for a week and you
will know how to get there in a second.

Spirituality comes down from above head.
… This is why we first reach up.
You open the door, then as you auto descend,
cleansing, the higher comes into cleansed areas.
Its your responsibility to cleanse the self.

B 12. – (Gem of Day).
Relax and Glow from within.
… When you first meditate you need to glow from within.
Listen to music you love and allow your happy-joy to pour through
face and chest so it comes out all of head and upper torso
including down the arms making your hands warm.
This will slowly happen the more you put out.
This is the glow that will open all channels from psychic
to the very calm Peace and Harmony of your spirit.
… Even if only 5 min. play music to glow and
watch yourself change before your awareness.
It will only take a few hours or days.

… This glowing forth is what I did before
I reached oneness when a child.
I did not know, what I was doing though,
but I remember hurrying home from school
so to lie on my bedroom floor in the sun and glow till dinner.
Just be Happy and Glow from within yourself
to start your path of spiritual progress.

… The more nourishment you take spiritually the more spiritual you become.
So find that special music and stretch your bounds.
The music could be only two notes, a small phrase or a whole symphony.
Just repeat, keeping self in the vibe you wish, and you will become nourished.

B 13. – (Happy-On).
Home Study 3.
… If you have more time on your hands or can miss a TV show
or not work with the computer, improve spiritually.
Acquire a higher High and become overjoyed.
Accustom yourself to the New High and look around the room with it.
Then when secured enough, bring it out of your quiet place
and mingle with the people you live with.
If you lose it, go back to sit and try again.
Do not be disturbed if you lose it again, keep trying and enjoy.
… Be that different person the new high makes you.
React with that new energy or let the new energy react through you.
If you find that talking distracts you, talk as little as possible.
Realize that this growth is a lot more important
then carrying on your end of a conversation,
that could be carried on at any time.
When you can keep that level while carrying on your daily activities,
then you have that level in good and its time to go higher.
… Maintaining a new high at first is a minute by minute proposition,
like trying to keep a balloon in the air.
The Joy obtained by keeping and mastering new heights
makes it all worth while. Make each minute count. (1990s)

B 14. Keep your Eye on the Goal.
Why do we reach up with highs?
So to reach above head, where oneness is felt.
This is the most important step to get to oneness.
with this, once Bridge to Freedom is found and secured,
you are right in your backyard and many states are at hand.
As you secure these states and have a good look around,
you open to the light above. (That is where I found light. Up top)
Make sure to become accustomed to all the great energies there,
for we keep cycling. Thus you cycle down and around again,
to become more positive and spiritual in all levels.
When all within, even your lowest levels, are light and godly,
then you go higher in spirit and
are set free from any bondage you have now.
… Thus partake in any spiritual substances along the way
and life is a joy whether in the low or high.
Its all you and all god.
Negative is the tainted culprit, Clear Light is Freedom. (2011-12).

B 15. – Steps Upward.
… If your steps upward do not seem Joyous enough,
maybe you are not stepping high enough.
Climb higher until overjoyed. Then if the high seems too high,
take it a bit lower. You will know when too high!
You will feel shaky inside and your head will hurt.
If this occurs, just relax and keep the Peace
with a lower High until adjusted.

… If you have difficulty reaching above head,
for practice go back to HIGHS for a spell
and work your way up.
You should keep up within yourself.
It makes it easier.
You’ll have no problem with practicing highs,
for this can be done in many situations, like
while waiting an appointment,
a traffic light or waiting a delivery.
Work with eyes open always.

… If the strength of your Happiness is always
at a certain level, you will remain at that level.
Exercise your Happy muscles by continuing to put stronger Happiness through.

B 16. – (Happy-On).
… Through the weeks of being with this study, you should be
used to reaching into the higher latitudes of self.
But have you noticed when you go away from medi,
you tend to fall when something happens in your life.
It is these very vibrations that will stop you from maintaining
or even achieving oneness for very long.
Whether the bad vibes are from an incident that happened to you
or another near, catching you off guard,
or an incident that makes you fight for, taking a serious stance,
these all stem from deeper blocks within.
These need to be cleansed out of self with the techniques
you have been learning.
This is why it is important to learn and practice.

B 17. – (Happy-On).

If you are traveling upward,
things come to you or levels come to you and progress.
If you get stuck on something and do not remain free,
(to go further and explore spiritually) you become trapped
on that level. Material temptations!
EG. Fear of Losing a friend, so you spend all your time
keeping friend. That is your God!
Or Becoming Rich so spend all you time working to riches.
That is your God!

… On whatever level you get trapped on,
you get tangled in all the alleys,
that are included in the level.
EG family, Robbery, Bankrupt, Betrayal.
… All this becomes an attempt
to make you give up that level and move on.
Which God Do You Follow? And Why? Be truthful to self.
Change! (2022).

B 18. – Maintaining a High
Push upward above mind channels, stay stationary at a high level.
… The longer you maintain that height
the easier you will get there next time.
Hold for at least 5-10 minutes.
… As level gets relaxed you expand allowing same energy
to come out a wider area. This in turn opens more levels.
Bring that high energy down into more material levels but
watch. It must keep its luster, or it is not same energy.
This is how you will cleanse out lower levels when time comes.
bringing the high spirit light down into dark places to
cleanse all areas of self to purification.
this is yet in your future.
… If you come down from high levels and get upset and down
this shows you, you need to cleanse where you are now.
Try it out. Like was said above, bring the high light down
into the dark levels. Do that now before leaving this sit.

… Why do you think we need to reach to live above head?

… To live as intelligence, (Non-Emotional)
Then can split self into emotional and non-emotional.

If you are trapped in emotions and
intelligence cannot break free, you are trapped.
… Knowledge of Mind Channels would be useless.
… Eventually, just above the head, you will find
the Bridge to Freedom. Non-emotional state.
… This will happen when you know and can keep a Blanked mind.
Also a Detached ethereal state of mind is needed.

Cosmic Energies.
… To make progress from here, sit when you can, for as long as you can.
The longer you sit maintaining the vibration you wish,
the faster it will come to be a habit.
Then you will maintain that and work up from there.
Sit for at least one hour each day working on Highs.
This is very important. I spent years reaching higher and higher.
Fantastic Vibes are found.

… This part leads you through the main study of
knowing the energies within.
Three main steps are called Highs, Cosmic Energy and Love.
There are many types of energies that are discussed, with
exercises on how to channel each to a greater degree.
The three most important ones are mentioned above.
… The lessons ahead get into these energies right away,
so you must practice to keep up.
You are entering high school in this Home Study
and should work without the daily reminders.
Try to experience all that is said, or you will find it hard
to understand later lessons.
In this case you will need to re-do this part of the study

B 21. – High.
… For this lesson take time out to totally relax.
This exercise should be done regularly to counterbalance the
tensions that come when changing the vibrations of the physical.
You will find that you adjust to a new level faster
if you relax with it.
… Sit or lie someplace where you are comfortable, then breathe in,
and allow the energy to expand your awareness outward.
Feel the whole physical expand.
Then as you breathe out let the physical
totally relax and become heavy.
It feels like you take a few seconds of holiday from life.
You seem to put your life in someone else’s hands,
just for that brief time. Tune into this Holiday feeling
and it will relax you one degree further.
… Each time you do this you become more relaxed.
Take in energy for nourishment and then
give self to a higher source.
… After you are rejuvenated and feel
you are being taken care of, go on from there.

Close off mind by going into physical.
Remember?.. go into chest.
You should know the way by now!

B 22. – High School.
If you have followed my writings,
you know I discuss Mind Channels often.
Here I will explain!
The mind channels of conscious and subconscious
are like a dial on a radio.
If you tune the dial of the radio to the middle area,
you are conscious of the music coming from there.
Anything above or below that area, is like the subconscious.
The mind slowly cycles through its levels, so that the area
you were conscious of as a child has now become subconscious. (1980)..

… This natural cycling is slow.
Compared to radio dial you change channels every 10-20 years.
In other words, a lot of your mind you have never been in yet.
… These mind areas have gathered negative energies,
which create blockages the more positive energy
cannot flow through.
As you practice putting positive energy
through your conscious areas, you start to move faster.
The next area of mind, which was subconscious,
then becomes conscious.
… With high channel opened
you will start to feel these levels within.
Thus you will know which mind level you are living in
and you often change mind levels.
If suddenly you feel different, not quite yourself,
you have most likely changed your mind level. (2020 +)
