If we keep a clean simplistic mind we will live simplistically in peace and harmony.
If we leave all manner of vibrations there, we have complex vibes

they entertain. Make mind positive and at peace and harmony

The Dark Side of Moon.
This is a channel in back head linking to aura in back.
This is area that works hand in hand with Bridge to Freedom,
The Spiritual Freeway, Kundalini, Oneness, Higher Self and God Presence.
With tarrying in this state of Dark side of Moon,
you auto collect energies to help power these steps ahead.
Major doorway in gathering energy for the spiritual path.
In High Soul it is situated in dip of central back head, out into aura.
In Low Soul it is lower, in upper neck just below skull. Highest spine bones.
The name comes from 1970s? movie Close Encounters. On top of mountain where,
you wait for something you know will be outstanding. Empowering anticipation.

This is the beginning in being aware of 4 Basic Energy Sources.
… As you explore and become more aware of these energies in chest
you will start to go to the front or back of chest area.
The energies will feel slightly different.

B 3. – Levels of Development. Revised
… When you first start out you feel no difference in head.
It is all one area.
Then as you start out you start to feel different areas you can go to.
In first levels the feeling of advancement is living higher in head,
feeling all 4 levels of upper front head, upper back head,
lower front head or lower back head.
… When you get to the next phase of what I called Beings,
you will note, that you focus much more in one of the 4 levels of mind.
This will leave the other 3 levels feeling empty. This becomes more pronounced.
After you go through all 4 Beings, you come to Selves which are different again.
In Selves you live vertically Head to toe, more in front of physical or back.
And again, this becomes very pronounced. Passive or active person.
After this is accomplished and cleared, you will live beyond the physical.
The mind you use to think with, will be way-up above head and
awareness of physical becomes slight, almost like you do not live here.
At this point, you know very well that this is your instrument, and you are spirit.
But at this point or before, you will realize
you must live in physical levels to keep physical functioning well.
All areas need focus of awareness to maintain.

… Creatures are just as important to the all powerful, all present God.
The one and only presence, beyond all human beliefs. We are not the only
creatures God caters to. All creatures have souls and, a way they are to travel.
Humans have such over grown egos. Look beyond ego and realize
we are one in gazillions of creatures, including plants… All of God’s Making.
All are just as important to God, and that is not the idols as in Jesus, Allah
Shive or any others. Those are idols. Any God you can see, is not god…..
God is a force, a power, a intelligence. Not visible to any human’s eyes.
You idolize idols. Jesus said, do not worship idols.
It is no wonder Jesus has not come back. We have not learned much.
God is waiting!.. When time is right, a well developed human will come
and will gain the awareness of god and allow God’s glory to shine through them.
This does not make them God. They are only the shadow of.
They are still human, not God. Do Not Worship Humans.

B 6. – (4 Basics). Collage…
… As you go on with knowing high and low self or working on
progressing with higher vibes and cleansing lower vibes,
you start realizing you are two different sections within.
I know in my journey, I tended to ignore lower material self,
but with striving spiritually you tend to, for you are always looking up.

If the low self has a habit not liked,
be stern but be positive. If lower self is a brat
often it is imbalanced or deprived, from my experience.
It may feel left out. Both have to express. Later I followed this.

In a 12 hour span there are 4 levels.
Allow lower and higher to express some, in section best for it.
All sections need expression to balance out.
In this busy life it is Mental along with emotions or material used most.

I tend to break this up as 6-12 morning hours more material.
and 12-6 afternoon hours more mental. So housework etc. are early day.
Especially when Highers are coming in later day.

Lower appeases can be, manual jigsaw puzzles, sewing clothes,
creating stories, housework, caring for physical or coloring, painting
and Dancing, or board games and cards not on computer.
A progress or an accomplishment on a physical-emotional level.
A tangible progress. Computer is not tangible.

Computer as most will feel, is a Zombie-mental activity.
… If you spend the day working with computers, it would
balance out to end day with some truly material activity
or creativity. Even just pick up a story book.
For lower self, you need organization skills
and to create physically. Manually be your emotional-material self.

This includes working with energies, as in improving
or reaching higher etc.
This may include Singing, music, painting,
an ethereal or mental learning.
Stuff that keeps higher of self actively Creating and learning.

Put finger tip 1st + 2nd to thumb tip to circulate energy
of fingers into self again. What do you feel different within.
Does it give you more energy and what kind of energy?

… When first finding higher minds above head, you will feel a thinking higherup,
only in one location. sneak through area opening it more and relaxing there.
As a few days go by and you visit new area many times, you can search in other
areas of same height just above head and you will find all 4 Higher minds.
make sure by feeling how each make you feel. they are connected to same structure.
If you feel you are in each mind and each feels like spiritual mental
Emotional and material, you have found the 4 higher minds. The lower minds
can reach up to each counterpart of its own and

B 8. – Major Mind and Body channels . Advanced.
… Now with 4 major mind areas in head of
(Forehead, mouth, back top head and low back head),
these are the mind areas that hook up with the body areas.
Body major areas of:
Spirit, in top head,
Mental in total head area,
Emotional in chest area and
Material in stomach area.
These are the major more physical level.
When all these areas are familiar and open so you can
go to them at will, then you cycle them for cleansing of Body Channels.

How?
… Be stationary in body area and let mind cycle.
If problem comes up, is it of mind or actual physical origin.
It’s usually of mind but skim through this body structure
to check the body areas.
If you have body problems as lameness etc., dig in to find
area effected. The source can be physical or mental oriented.
Things as allergies are often mind, but could have
physical blocks also. Try to psych it out.
If physical not digesting etc. is source physical or mental?
When in different areas of mind, you can feel them
hook up to physical levels.

If you find you have problems with eyes closed, cleanse with eyes closed.

A 15. – (4 Basic Charts. Practice and understand. Thanks.)

Important. I will keep this section here longer so you have time.
More advanced 4 basics needed. Bridging the gap.

… Now from past practice, as you get the chest 4 basics glowing and
under your control, you need to go to the other 3 areas for this level of mind.
As always there are 4 levels The chest area is emotional, Low torso is
more material, Head area is more mental and top head is more spiritual.
once you complete this level with the 4, you will auto move to a slightly
different level as mind goes around through its routine.
… Remember the chart that has every three hours we auto change minds.
Look that up or I will put it close by here. Our mind always cycles
whether we know it or not. That is life. That is balance. God takes care.
Ultimately God is in charge but we are on learning paths with free wills.
In our existence, all 4 need to be balanced by working with each level
as time goes by. This will help you open the physical level to allow
the more spiritual energies and vibrations to aid the physical.
… Below is another chart showing all the levels, with 4 basics in each level.
These are newly put in, for one needs to open all areas.
This is the 4 basic path within instrument. As you get to higher
areas as top head, the aura and crown will open more and you will have
much more awareness of the doors above head. This as most, takes time.
But it is much quicker than mind channels. Just feel each 4 basic
in each area it should be, then go on to next. It is when you cannot
feel a 4 basic where it should be, that there is a gap in your energy.
A hole that can be filled with negative energy. If your awareness feels
the 4 basic that should be there it is a protection from other maybe lower vibes.
It also helps to strengthen that energy in that point. As in mind channels,
If you cannot go to a point, it is filled with other stuff that may be harmful.
Think of all this as a tune up, making sure all is sparking as it should.
… This next chart may looks immense but is not. Just take a section at a time.
As you can, make sure you feel each 4 basic in each area. Take your time.
Remember, these are linked to mind, so when mind is in lower areas, work with
the lower areas of this chart. You should be able to feel the mind connection
if you have been working with mind channels. all is hooked up. The more aware
you are in any area, will help you open the other areas. It is life. Live it.

Now this chart below, shows the 4 routes of 4 energies. As each energy travels from
head to toe or toe to head, They filter thought physical and help maintain
the physical. With this you can maybe understand this latticework a bit better.

B 9. – (4 Basics).
… This is for FP (It shows a block I had several years ago.)
Note the direction I followed for cycling when FP.
Also note the length of time. It was a fairly major block.
Each mark shows where I left off to remind me. I worked 3-4
times a day on this. When you finish a cycle around head, the
major focus area changes slightly. Then you go round again.
Areas that have no problems go fast and you travel regardless
if you know it or not. Its when you get stuck that you become
trapped in bad feelings. Push extra strong happiness and
when you have worked for a few minutes on area,
go back to start of cycle and quickly trod again to area.
Note that you don’t get stuck in same place.
Then you know you are improving self through cleansing.

Mind Channel Cleansing – (My Block.)
… Introduction
… Close eyes and feel where your focus point is coming out,
along the invisible line up and over head,
down central forehead, nose, central mouth and chin.
… Once you find your focal point, go a fourth inch up
along the central invisible line.
Do you feel happier? If not go higher
Now go down one inch. Do you still feel happy?
Maybe slightly tainted with sadness.
Go another inch down into mouth or chin area, where you are sad.

Now with Mind expansion which you should have gone through, you open whole head,
not just front. Then you can complete total cycles. If you have not expanded mind,
most of this literature will be Chinese to you. You will not feel or understand.
This is cleaning the Mind Channels.

B 10. – Jesus is NOT god.
The highest of angels, the highest of spirits all follow the same God
as You and I.
The ants and the butterflies along with the birds and the beasts
also follow the same God as WE do.
It is just like centuries ago, Humanity thought the Earth was the
center of the Universe. How egotistical. Humanity will grow up some century.
But it may be many centuries from now.
God created this Universe. So all creatures great and small follow God.
To say the one who has recently in time, overcome the planet earth, is God.
Do you realize how ludicrous that is. I am sorry to say that
I have met animals that are more spiritual than many humans.
They are to follow Humans for spiritual guidance. Ha. Grow up!

For our weak and feeble minds and our frail tattered physical instruments,
God is an intelligent force field, Positive and negative, Male and Female.
For our feeble frail minds, this is the best description of God our Creator.
IT, created the Universe we live in and keeps it running
beyond what any of our little minds, can hope to ever understand.
Since the highest of angels and spirits alike, look for help toward this
intelligent force field that surrounds us all, including all creatures
and all planets and stars alike, it is very wise to watch our human egos.
An ant is to follow a human for spiritual guidance.

B 11. – Do you know True LOVE.
The saying is, Love God with all your heart soul and strength.
Most people do not love God. They love humans (Idols) or other creatures
and many love the material objects about them. God is NOT human.

So what is this God Love, one is told to love.
Here are two easy steps to follow.

… All should know the love within. Love of anything.
So you find that love energy within you deep in the feelings.
Bring that energy forth so felt strongly and know its core vibe.
1. Know the vibration of Love.
2. Now, once you have that energy within, Love the energy itself.
You will note, if you focus upon an energy as with happiness
and many other vibes, it will get very much stronger.
Same with Love. You will feel it in all you see do and hear.
That is Gods Love. Love of nothing yet of all.
Grow it strongly and you will know and feel, God does Love You.
And gods Love will flow from you to all around.

B 12. – Advanced Mind cycle. (4 Basics).
… As you get accustomed to cycling many levels
the way becomes more familiar thus freer, and with practice,
you can skim a whole cycle in minutes
and know if a main problem there.
Thus, if a cycle is cleared you could just move on to next.
This speeds-up progress but be careful not to bypass problems.
This may happen because blocked areas tend to repel you.
… The ego self does not wish to change. So, in questionable areas
it is best to go through with a fine-toothed comb. If not
and areas are left passed by, few years down the road life will fix that.
Life has ways of making you look at self. Sometimes drastic occurrences.

… Now BP’s starting point per cycle is central back head.
Thus, follows up over head to upper face,
and further down into low chest area.
Then cycle jumps into material levels via lower back head and
follows down into low central back. As you see it is opposite FP.
This is why I stress knowing your polarity.
Each time you sit you will have to find yourself again,
which will take most of your sit time.
With no stability you will not be assured of where you are
or if progressing in any way. A dead end for sure.
… You see, anyone can go to any area and say they are working there,
and probably are, but these cycles are several layers deep,
where deeper problems nestle. Each mind channel of an 8th inch apart,
can be a window into a lower cycle to where problems are.
You will be lost instantly.
… This is why the average person knows nothing of these channels.
These areas are hidden for your protection.
Not till you know the good vibes and have some stableness
in your being, does it be known of these levels to you.
Why?
Cause, if you have major problems somewhere, anywhere …
and you come upon them, (which does happen in some people)
you are thrust into hell. You do not know how to defend yourself
and do not know your A B Cs.
Thus, they are hidden from the average life.

… Again, I say spiritual growth is auto, but you must
complete the previous steps to smoothly go onward.
That is how the path is made. Thus, learn of self
and the doors will open. There is nothing mystical,
it is straight forward to those who achieve the previous steps.
… You need to keep the main focus on the mind channel
you start with for it is easy to change without knowing it
and then you are working on a different cycle.
This also caused me much problems.
You must be strong and stay where you are working.
More and more you work with vibes.
Go with same vibe where same focus was.
This way you may find your cycle again.
Keep on track, for natural tendency is for block to repel you.
Nobody wants to face bad times or vibes.
But for healing, this is a must. Don’t get lost. (2017-20.) 2.

B 13 – Back Energy for Physical in FP. – Advanced.
… Sit with water energy holding 3+4 fingers to thumb,
as you relax lower back and stomach.
After 10 minutes, you will start to feel the skin and
surface of physical are taut, more held together.
Feels healthy as a unit. Your poise will be Strong ambitious,
as a child perched on edge of chair ready to jump.
… Then go deeper for the organs within. After 10-15 min.
you will start to feel the physical as a solid full unit,
not a vibrating mass that is in semi control
but a solid unit you have control over.

Help for Physical Instrument.
BP needs 3+4 fingers, for soul, security and harmony.
BP Lives in back but need 1+2 for spiritual light or becomes dark and somber.

FP needs 1+2 finger energy of front, for soul and spirit and lives here.
– But FP needs 3+4 for physical grounding or becomes hyper and giddy.

If you use one of the above sequences every day,
balance out core, using second and third finger to thumb.

B 14. – HAPPY CHILD, Higher Self. (4 Basics).
… There will be times when your outlook on life will be different.
The things you looked at even a few minutes before
will look different to you now.
You will be much happier and loving.
You will feel as a Happy Child.
The physical will feel lighter and more agile.
Your ability to move quickly as a child, will be back.
It’s like a rebirth.

… When this state comes with all its childlike energy,
be there as much as you can.
Try to maintain this state for long periods of time.
This state is the higher energies of your Higher Entity.
This different energy will come down from above head
and be felt strongly in upper chest area.
(Low soul in solar plexus area.)

As this energy comes through stronger, it will stay longer
and the Higher Self will start to make its presence known.
At first it will be in short spells starting with a few minutes
and leading to a few days and weeks.
Get to know this higher entity, your spiritual self.
Always be positive for protection.

These outer areas are more expanded mind levels.

we must remain in contact with physical and soul levels.
Most tend to neglect the physical in favor of

Your emotions will over run you so you want to escape from them.

You wish to refine your moods.
This is when you will notice a way to separate from emotions.

B 16. – Changing Levels
… One has to be aware of being in Material emotional mental or
spiritual areas in a level. To do this you become accustomed to know
which one you are in regularly. This makes you more familiar of where you are.
Then when you do feel a change in your person, as you settle, check
to see if you are in same area when at rest. You should check your position often
like every day. Then the next sections on a higher level will feel
as if you live in a different place like forehead nose, chin or top head.
… These higher areas are easier to find for it is actually felt

This is because each section as in forehead, back top head,
low base of skull and chin area. Each section is strong, so if feels like

of head in mind. So if you are thinking on material level from forehead being,
you will feel the use of lower material level as well. But it will not be as obvious.
Each being uses all minds, but always has its section,
(one of the 4 corners), humming strongly. Sometimes hard to explain but you will know

As always there are 4 levels The chest area is emotional, Low torso is
more material, Head area is more mental and top head is more spiritual.
once you complete this level with the 4, you will auto move to a slightly
different level as mind goes around through its routine.

Look that up or I will put it close by here. Our mind always cycles
whether we know it or not. That is life. That is balance. God takes care.
Ultimately God is in charge but we are on learning paths with free wills.
In our existence, all 4 need to be balanced by working with each level
as time goes by. This will help you open the physical level to allow
the more spiritual energies and vibrations to aid the physical.

These are newly put in, for one needs to open all areas.
This is the 4 basic path within instrument. As you get to higher
areas as top head, the aura and crown will open more and you will have
much more awareness of the doors above head. This as most, takes time.
But it is much quicker than mind channels. Just feel each 4 basic
in each area it should be, then go on to next. It is when you cannot
feel a 4 basic where it should be, that there is a gap in your energy.
A hole that can be filled with negative energy. If your awareness feels
the 4 basic that should be there it is a protection from other maybe lower vibes.
It also helps to strengthen that energy in that point. As in mind channels,
If you cannot go to a point, it is filled with other stuff that may be harmful.
Think of all this as a tune up, making sure all is sparking as it should.

Front Polarity cont.
… FP has to keep reaching up into top head.
It is so easy to get a bit down and drop onto nose or chin.
There the negative is.
Top front head is Spiritual.
Top Back head is mental,
lower back head is emotional
and lower front head is material.
That is sequence of FP.

For Back Polarity it is quite different..
… BP Has to keep reaching upward up front face.
As you come up out of the negative reach into top head,
then reach back to back top head and down back head.
Both poles seem to reach up as progressing but
with FP it feels as if coming out front face
because front is active side of expressing.

to express toward front where
the channels are felt and worked with.
FP must work with channels at back when well under way.
That is where the climb to top head is achieved.

If you stay low in face you are in material cycle.

you go into spiritual cycle.
Thus the FP will get a lot of yo-yo from high levels

– Monitor cycles for progress.
… If you wish to go on you need to practice several hours a day.
Without that you cannot monitor and watch what you may be doing
to bypass certain steps because they are too boring,
or cause the ego has found another step more exciting,
or you have to watch that favorite TV show
or that Internet site that was so enthralling yesterday.
… If you are dedicated to your work in gaining spirituality
you will not be interested in any program
or what your food tastes like
or if you have a certain vibe that you appreciate.
These are all ego centered. You must have control of self
and all positive energies. This is where the beginning study
must be accomplished and known.

As you go on into higher levels of spirituality
your main concerns are,
.getting deeper blanks so you can disappear better
allowing the higher self to take more control. or
.getting higher and more detached from the earthly vibrations
so you can be submissive in the God presence.

Go to each 4 basic in chest and light up chest as you go.
Once all 4 are humming, realize that is the emotional center
of whichever major mind area you are in at this moment.

… When I speak of polarity, it is not just me
or just humans I speak of. Remember,
earth is a living thing as well. It has its north pole
and its south pole, but not only that, it has
what some call Dragon Trails.
These go by various names also known as Lay Lines.
Each Dragon Trail is 10-15 ft. across and is
split into two sections running side by side.
One is North Pole or Back energy, and other
is South Pole or Front energy.
Between all Dragon Trails is neutral energy, that can
have miles between the next Dragon Trail.

To one that is open to energies, it is quite easy
to sense these winding trails found throughout

and only god of this religion or that religion.
That is a farce, an idol an ideology. God is beyond all that.
God is beyond all form, no matter how important or intelligent a form THINKS they are.
God is in every atom, every nucelli, every proton, every cell, god is even an ameba.
All is god for god is omnipresent. Jesus said, put no other god before thee.
Only God. Jesus said ‘God and I are one.’ We are all one with God for God is present
in every atom, molecule every Nano. God is all, Positive and negative.
All negative originated as positive. But our free wills granted By God,
have wrecked gods pure energies. Mixed and matched to our liking.
This is Free will from God so we can learn the right way in Gods world.
There is no devil, but our free wills who have made negative so strong,
that it overpowers positive if we live within that negative.
How to conquer the negative? Feed it with positive and watch the magic
transform it into positive. This is god’s chemistry lab.
We are little children who have no idea what we do. Thus we as children
get ourselves into troubles. God our Mother-Father knows we will
learn by our mistakes, regardless what religion we think we follow,
haphazardly at best.
Jesus said, Forgive them Father, they have no idea what they do.
Religion is a creation in distant past often made with material endeavors in mind.
EG, if you do not give your tithings each Sunday the devil will get you.
or God will look down upon you. false false false. If we stay with positive
we will know Gods world. If we stay with negative we will be in troubles always.
For we live in bad negative vibes. Anyone can switch at any time.

You can see God in those mountains. Universal Power.
It may seem that humans are not progressing with all the bad stuff
going on in this world. But this is a learning ground for so many.
Thank God there is a place as this where we can learn forgiveness,
humility, grandeur of a power far greater than what we think
is the universe. We think man has saved this planet, that man is
most powerful on this plain, that the earth would not progress if humans
were not here to help it. That we are making it better and more humane. But,
if we all perished at this moment who would look after this planet. Nobody?
‘It would go to ruins without us.’ Think again, you small petty creatures.
… No man could stand up to the power of god no matter how much muscle
they gained or how unmoved one is by the sweeter side of life. All of that is God.
God is all. All you and all me. This is Gods making, God created all and is all.
See it in the mountains. What force produced those mountains. There has to be
a force to make anything move, grow, split open, tumble. God is all.
Gravity is Gods. God made all.
… So the next time you think you have done a good or bad job on anything,
You did not do that. God did that. Now God gave us free will.
That is so we can make mistakes so to learn defeat, also we can win high goals
in our small form of existence, because God wants us to know all there is

that something should be of or be used for.
God knows all that, for all is god.
What we are learning on this planet is the power of God within us.
Whether bad and hurtful or good and elating, we are the ones that assume
it is bad or good. God created all. Is all permeable. All is God.
Learn of God and its beauties. Learn You are God. But God is you,
so do not feel you have accomplished anything. All you have done is
know God better. What you follow is what you get.
Follow negative in your mind and you will follow negative,
creating negative around you to alter your life, in the way you see it.
If negative is not your bag go with positive. All positive.
Remember that if you come upon negative when you are being positive,
that you have lived many lives. Karma does not see only a life span,
karma is Eternal. Why? It is also God.
So what we have done in past has to be corrected by us sometime.
You think that if a man is evil, following evil, that to kill him will rid of him.
We are spirit. Can you kill spirit. Can you kill energy.
We are made in the image of God. What is God? ENERGY. So we live on.
We have lived eons. It take us feeble minded humans that long to get in our heads
