1. Know you are energy. I went through new realizations 3 times.
At any given time, you may feel you know something but just wait.
2. Know general energy centers of Physical and Mental.
3. Know general areas of self. Mental self, Emotional self,
Physical skin and bones.
4. Mind levels, channels of face.
5. Nutrition in foods, for the golden times when you will not
wish to eat, for too high on Joy.

B 13. – Continue with your Highs.
… Every person these studies come to,
will be at a different level of vibration.
There is no direct way to tell how far you are along this ladder.
This was a disturbing factor at first,
because some people (like I) want to know
how they are doing and if it’s worth the constant climb.
… This is why much time has been spent,
exploring and telling of these different heights.
It gives some sort of assurance if gaining levels or not
and it worked for me.
… You can always acquire higher Vibrations.
This is the way to above head.
So Master the control of expanding and opening the channels.
And when at rest, focus energy to chest and Feel Peaceful calm or Secured.
Always make notes in a diary of your experiences.
This will be of help along the way.2


Shine and grow within now!
… You should live Happiness each day
in order to live it Always.
It is up to you. If you do not work on it each day
you may not reach your goal you wish.
Keep your feelers out and be guided by your inner sense.
If you wish Happiness, Peace and Security, you must
Reach for and make Space for these, within your vibration.

and when you find it, Glow it strongly.
For 5 min. be in vibration of Harmony and

B 14. – (Tips for Excavation).
1. If working on happy, find a piece of music
that makes happiness comes through easier.
This is same for all energies.

2. For your Spiritual Brownie Points,
Relax for a whole 10 min. (2022).1

3. If wish to jump to higher grade,
you must know happiness well.
Where is the source?
Show me a Happy Face, without smiling. (2017-18).1

Finger Energies. Interesting.
… Sit and feel energy throughout physical.
Then put little fingertip to thumb and feel if it makes
any difference.
Then put index finger to thumb and feel if it is
difference from little finger. (2017-18).

1 What are mind Channels? Important.
… The best way to describe them is to give you a 5 minute exercise.
First be happy, then be sad. Do this 5 times in a row.
As you execute this you will feel sad is lower in face.
You will also get used to both areas so you have more control.
You are getting control of your mind.
This will be gone into at length. Monitoring to cleanse mind areas.

B 15. Tips…

1- The longer you maintain a vibe the more you can be that vibe.

2- Through many years you have created habits with
fear, worry, hates etc. Take control of your energy.
Smile as in Security, then note how much more secure you feel.
Secure your world with that habit. Heal Thyself.

3- You are the ruler of your reactions,
take control and react the way you wish.


… In this study, you will be able to Maintain
the vibes you wish, by putting it through strongly,
thus being aware and memorize the energy’s vibe.
If you lose the good energy, find the vibe again by
flowing the energy the same way and you have the vibe.
This is mastery!
… When you feel as if you are running from something
but nothings happening, look within.
When you are very restless, go within self and check
what energy you are in? Whether anger or sadness,
change your energy output to change how you feel.
Always look inward first. Your energy output is key.

B 16. – Getting Control.
… No matter who you are or what you wish, first realize you have
control of the state you are in. You can be happy, you can be loving.
You can be at peace and content.
Then exercise your awareness, so you achieve these possibilities.
Then be aware of the certain energy that brings these about.
Example. if you did not know what harmony was like, you would
feel within what you think it would be like, then be there till feel vibe.
With the familiarity of the vibe you will have no problem to
contact the vibration again so you are in control.
Then it is in your repertoire of vibrations, that makes you.
… As you venture into your good vibes and practice to maintain each,
you are cleansing out the unwanted of that area so making room for the new.

B 17. – Happiness.
… The first step is to make a habit of happiness.
Practice this 10-15 min. Every Day!
… As you become accustomed to this, increase your time to 15-20 min.
Spend time with eyes closed at first, but then slowly open them
and look around room in happiness.
… If you need something to put your mind on, put it on the
happy vibrations within. Feel happiness in your head and chest.
Sit and grow it in strength and warmth, so you feel yourself
expanding into aura.

Within your practice times, do not entertain yourself in something
that distracts your mind from this happy Joy within.
If it brings a smile to your face, smile. Or a tear to your eye, allow it.
Be careful the smile does not lose the inner glow.
Or the tear does not become sorrow instead of joy and happiness.
Keep positive. (1980-90s).2


Hell does not necessarily mean a place you go to where you burn for eternity.
That is a funny statement in itself.
Once the body is burnt away what is left is energy of personality.
How would energy burn?
If you are full of fear, resentment, anger, gloom and sadness,
you will feel you are living in hell.
But if you are full of Love, Peace, and Happiness,
you will feel you are living in heaven.
This will follow you into the afterlife as well.
You create what you live in, it’s up to you. (1980-90s).
… Sit now and feel what it would be like to live in Heaven.
When you get that feeling, grow it very strongly so it
will be an influence on your life of now.
This, as with other energies, will make heaven easier to find.
Be Joyous and Loving, Let the Inner Glow forth.

B 18. – Material Entrapment. (Gem of day).
When you have lived in material surroundings for a while,
your train of thought is always geared around human activity.
As, what did Rob think of what I said,
Or, how is Liz doing at her work,
Or what did our ancestors do in this situation.
It’s all human and or things that relate to human’s pets or Gardens.

When you get into higher states you think differently.
As in, the vibrations are good.
I wish the planet well.
How can I help this Universe. (Not human but all.)
You think on a more Godly level. An all-inclusive level.
On this level you think less of problems and more of positives.
You are not trapped in your environment.
Children are often in this state because they are
not caught up in material activities and problems therein, Yet.
Practice to live as free and positive as a child. (1990s).2


Serving Man?
… Some feel that in order to Serve God you have to serve man,
and this is the way to Progress Spiritually,
(by sacrificing your life for others).
… Now if you did not serve others for the next few years,
but spent all your extra time in meditation,
practicing to let god’s presence and Will be with you.
Then you would be progressing immensely
and be able to help others in ways
you could not have imagined, prior. (2011-12). 2.

B 19. – (Treasure Chest).
Nature… We must live on this earth with nature as our friend
and learn how to care and help this friend,
not abuse it as humanity has in past.
Each species is different and interesting in its own way,
just as each individual in its species has its interesting
points of likes and dislikes.
… They all have their wants and needs as well as personalities.
Science is realizing more and more that
the Plant and Animal Kingdoms are not as dumb
as people once believed them to be. (1980-90s).

… If you poo-poo this idea read the next sentence.
(If you walk by something, that something learns to ignore you,
If you pay attention to that something, it will pay attention to you.)

Now science is experimenting with plants. They have figured that
plants are much more aware than we thought. A parent plant will
share food more readily among siblings than strangers.
They know and have a system of communicating if diseased or hurt or if
being attacked, and other plants around put up defenses to guard against.
Science also believes that plants have a type of seeing.
It was found that a plant has certain cells in leaves that are similar to
our eyes. With experiments a plant sees light but maybe sees much more.
This is a rather new field but I believe plants are intelligent.
After all, it was within this past century that humans finally realized
animals are smart. The net has helped this along much. 2024..1

B 20. – (Gem of Day).
Relax and Glow from within.
… When you first meditate you need to glow from within.
Listen to music you love and allow your happy-joy to pour through
face and chest so it comes out all of head and upper torso
including down the arms making your hands warm.
This will slowly happen the more you put out.
This is the glow that will open all channels from psychic
to the very calm Peace and Harmony of your spirit.
… Even if only 5 min. play music to glow and
watch yourself change before your awareness.
You will feel this Glow in a few hours or days.

… This glowing forth is what I did before
I reached oneness when a child.
I did not know, what I was doing though,
but I remember hurrying home from school
so to lie on my bedroom floor in the sun and glow till dinner.
Just be Happy and Glow from within yourself
to start your path of spiritual progress.

First knowing Peace and Harmony.
… If you have been uptight for months or years and you wish to know peace
and harmony, the best way to start is relax so physical is relaxed.
Then you can fish around and feel which area is peace and which area
is more harmonious. That is when, you will find Peace and Harmony energy.

B 21. – Chart Breathing. (Happy-On).

Shallow Breathing. (Recent Experiences)
… Deep medi makes for shallow breathing.
… What is meant by shallow breathing? Not much air going in?
No, only part.
… Or maybe its breathing from front chest only?
This may include abdomen area also.
This is one step better.
… Deep breathing starts in the lower back
and is the deepest breath you can take.
After years of medi, I became a front breather.
I did not know this. But I also did not do breathing exercises.

… Problem is, even with breathing exercises,
if you are not aware of how you are breathing,
or all the ways you can breathe, habits form you are not aware of.
… So now, breathing is not only for the energy
but for correct breathing techniques. (2017-18).2

B 22. – Deeds. (Your Pathway).
… Deeds are much the same as words. A deed is a tool.
If someone is really in need, help from the heart.
If someone wishes to use you, help if you feel you should
but do not become a door mat.
Use your common sense and don’t get stuck in circumstances
if you see it’s not necessary.

… After a few months of working on thoughts words and deeds,
join them all together as a unit.
Positive thoughts should bring more Happiness
and will help to cleanse for the higher. (1990s).1

B 23. – Mind Channel Intro.
… The Mind Channels of Conscious and Subconscious are like
a dial on a radio.
If you tune the radio dial to the middle section
you are conscious of the music coming from there.
Anything above or below that area, is like the Subconscious.
The mind slowly cycles through the levels,
so that the area you were conscious of as a child
has now become subconscious.
… This natural cycling is slow.
Compared to a radio dial you change every 10-20 years.
In other words, there is a lot of your mind you have
never been in yet.
(1980s).1

… Later you may notice that you do a lot more deep breathing.
You may also notice it is involuntary more and more. Layers?
Eg, When you get heart broken you take short breaths as if
you can’t take one deep breath, when crying.
This is the layers or the depth of the hurt you have endured.
You will feel as you get deeper spiritually,
that these are the deeper layers you are reaching to.
… Replenish with the energy you draw in with this deep breathing.
If you keep to the positive you should be fine.
If you got angry, blow your top, get enraged often,
that energy helps to create your Future, down the road. Karma! 1

B 24. – Managing Self. Advanced.
… Within yourself, use Joy to raise above
your problems, into higher more positive ground.
From there you may be able to see
what the problem is and fix it.
… In spiritual ways, if the problem is hate,
fill with Love so no room for anything else.
… If the problem is jealousy of others,
fill with Love, Peace and Joy.
Then it would be difficult to feel jealous.
(Habit? Create new habit!) (2020).1


Jesus coming to save us is just a crutch.
Why would he have to come here to save us? If we die he can save us there!
No… We have something to learn here.
Every little thing we do will come back to us.
That is God’s Law. Like attracts like.
We put poison into the air, it is coming back.
We rip nature down with no thought or concern, our world likewise.
The Laws of God, (not Jesus) are very real.
The father and I are one, In sync in balance, doing positive, Healing.

B 25. – Key Info.(Gem of Day).
To go Deep.
… We wish True Happiness from the soul.
The deep central soul.
Find the source in deep chest.
You will know the spot when you find it.
Allow it to flow out,
Not through mind but through front chest! (2017-18).

… You are not truly mind, you are soul.
God Happiness is from the deep soul of central being.
Then is when you get the Elated Happiness and Joy to come.
(2017-18).


… The two main energies in life are from fire and from water.
If you are low on energy, try collecting energy from Fire or Water
with a candle and a small water fountain.
… If you know the finger collection technique work with that also.
It is important to keep your energies topped for top healthy life.
How many times a day do you get down from low energy?
Learn these techniques and spend 15 min. a day buffing up.

B 26. – Practice Positive Glow,
… If at the start of your journey,
you are clear and not in problems,
you can use highs to reach into top head and
Practice Positive Glow, cleansing as you go.
With this you may also get the knowledge of the structure of self.
(This is when I got most of charts of 1980’s when well under way.)
A lot will be known through osmosis,
from Spiritual levels and your Higher Spirit.
Work on Highs as you wash dishes or while waiting
the computer to decide what it’s going to do.
This is the start of getting highs or going higher in vibe.
With Highs you reach upward in super happiness and Joy.
As you feel self, raising into elated vibes make sure
it is not just awareness that is reaching upward.
(You and your living area must reach up.) (1990s.)1

… Why Learn Basic Nutrition?
… There will come a time when you will not want to eat,
exercise or sleep. These things will be a waste of time to you
when you could be sitting in that fantastic vibe.
I did this and paid. Its only right that I warn you.
Eat foods you need for nutrition. Learn! (Constipated? Chew your food.)
(This is for ones spending hours meditating.)

B 27. – Steps Upward.
… If your steps upward do not seem Joyous enough,
maybe you are not stepping high enough.
Climb higher until overjoyed. Then if the high seems too high,
take it a bit lower. You will know when too high!
You will feel shaky inside and your head will hurt.
If this occurs, just relax and keep the Peace
with a lower High until adjusted. (1990).

… If you have difficulty reaching above head,
for practice go back to HIGHS for a spell
and work your way up.
You should keep up within yourself.
It makes it easier.
You’ll have no problem with practicing highs,
for this can be done in many situations. like
As while waiting an appointment,
or a traffic light to change. or also as waiting a delivery.
Work with eyes open.

B 28. – Expanding Mind Chart. Accomplish this now.



… If you have not, Please work for this before going on.
Once open to second chart live days within these areas till
there are two in front and two in back.
… Eventually one will be in upper head and another in lower head.
The other two will gravitate to upper back head and lower back head.
These will be your 4 main centers of mind areas in future.
What is happening is you are opening to a whole new world.
Front is of material
Back is of spiritual or passive so open. (2011-12).
This is very important step for future study.

Expanding Mind.
This happened to me when reaching up with highs. As you get into upper head
with highs you will reach higher and feel you can reach over top head.
It may seem you are not going higher but it is an opening.
Reach from top head area over crown towards opposite side of head.
You instantly feel the opposite side of head is opening so you can go there easily.
Your whole head becomes alert. This step may already be working for you
if you have had great joy in your life. or maybe if you have meditated before.
If you feel the back of your head is just as aware as front head, then
it is already expanded from life’s doings. Work with it and
if you feel the cycles of mind go all the way around head
as in up back and down front, you have already expanded mind.
In this way you will cleanse full cycle rather than only front face.

B 29. – (Short Study).
Passive or Active FP (Managing Yourself). .. Advanced.
… If you are on the go all the time, you are stationary
in active side focused out more at front head.
There if in forehead-eye area, you are quite positive.
If you get angry or let the lower front come through,
you have slipped down into lower mouth areas.
This is where problems usually come,
in the emotional-material levels of self.
But here you are still active. (Habit)
This one needs to go to passive side at back head.
There they will have much more control of self. Balance.

… If you are a couch potato type person,
usually quiet and in no hurry or hyped state,
you live from back head or passive side.
This too has its perils.
If in low back head the material-emotional ego rules.
If problems there you will sink into depression and
feel sorry for self etc. and refuse to do anything.
If this self became active, it will become the,
I want I want etc. through mouth area.
… This one needs to reach up to upper back head to get
a more spiritual positive outlook and from there
focus out front to be positive active person.
This person should keep in tune with passive back though,
for you will eventually become hyped.
… These areas are all natural and have their purpose, but its
when you get stuck a certain way, that an imbalance occurs.
That is life, continuous flux. Keep yourself moving and Balanced.
